Inedible, burned, AZ spicy rub waaaay to overpowering and who sells wings without offering carrots and celery? I threw the mess out.
The place/decor is nice. But I think they really need to focus on customer service. Cashier didn't understand/speak English too good, I called in my order and I was told 15 minutes- seems like they didn't start it until I showed up and then disappeared into the back for 15-20 minutes. I ordered mild wings but they tasted like medium-hot. They were good but too hot for my other family members. The biscuits looked like they could have been good- but they were heavy and maybe old? The fries were good though!
Az seasoning with a side of medium sauce. Toss them together. Thank me later.Small update, after eating a few it appeared they were over cooked and dried. A little old maybe… but the flavor was still good. Price vs quality is subjective.
Solid wings. Bigger wings than most other places. Cajun sauce is the best. A little salty, but delicious. Like others said, it takes time for your order to be ready. Don't try ordering on the phone, go in and order in person. Good wings though.
I literally just called this restaurant trying to place an order but the girl who picked up the phone was terrible. My family loves wings from this restaurant but I find it terrible that time after time we come here the owners are subject to their terrible employees. I asked if the manager was there she refused to give me his name or who he was. When I asked questions about the wings she wouldn't give me an option more than 6. I've ordered 48 wings here before for my family. She wouldn't give her name so I'm sorry to say but to the lady with the Asian accent who picked up the phone you made this restaurant lose a customer. We order every weekend and now we will find a new spot. Hope someday in the future they can find a staff who can match the food they serve until then avoid this restaurant.
Only have been here once, but I'm definitely coming back. Got an order of their cajun hot wings, and was delicious. Definitely a lot better than what Zipps has to offer. The person that mans the register is great dude. It would be awesome if they could get a liquor license and add a bar.
Take out. Terrible service. 0/5 stars. 100% NEVER using this establishment again. Quite a pickup time of 20min. Order took over an hour to complete. They said they were busy but they weren’t. Two take out bags and styrofoam boxes leaked into the bags. Does not meet expectations. Refund is in order.
Really good wings and friendly people. Wings were crispy and sauce tasted good too, Cajun BBQ ?
We were vacationing in Chandler and decided to place an order for hot wings and decided on AZ wings which we will never do again, staff was good but wings were very dry & tasteless. The lemon pepper wings barely had seasoning on them, the BBQ and Buffalo flavored wings taste the same, & had very little sauce on them,, did give a lot of fries which were bland smh.
We took the bone in halal wings. Mild buffalo. The wings were super dry and not edible at all. I just took two bites and tried to salvage any small chicken bits but after 5 minutes I totally gave up. Seemed like that halal chicken was sitting in the freezer for the past 8 months and they just took it out for us. Please see the attached pictures. The chicken was dry and hard from inside. You can't justify that. I have no intention to dispute other good reviews, but we had a terrible experience with the food here.I asked if the owner was around and he/she was not there, but I'll be interested to hear his/ her response to my feedback. Hopefully they don't try to refute my experience and accept the fact that the food was way below par, and nobody deserves to be served this food ever!!! :(
