Best Pho my wife and I have ever had. Super clean and generous portions. Will be coming back at least once a week.

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. Moderately busy, but I was seated right away. Service was friendly and quickly brought my water. I ordered chicken “Bun” (V3 from the menu) with egg rolls. The egg rolls were not made in house but still crispy and good. The chicken was grilled well but lacking much flavor. The veggies and noodles were fresh and delicious. The fish sauce seemed watered down? It was not as flavorful as I’ve had elsewhere. Nice atmosphere. Parking was reasonable.

The overall experience was very weird. I came here with my girlfriend on a Wednesday afternoon the host seated us and gave us forks and napkins (weird). When we ordered drinks my girlfriend requested two shots of Tito’s to go with her drink and it literally tasted like water mixed with a little bit of alcohol (weird). The food was very good and fresh but when we asked for chopsticks our waitress reacted as if we were not capable of eating with chopsticks (weird). As we were eating a family of Asian decent came in the dine and they were given chopsticks and napkins from the start (weird), because why did they give us forks. When we were done eating we asked for togo containers and as our waitress walked back with them she dropped the lids on the floor and still gave them to us as if that was okay (weird). So of course I asked for new lids politely and they were thrown down on our table (weird). No tip was given and I’m super disappointed because I would like eat here again but I most likely won’t.

This review is for customer service. Never even got to eat. Hopefully this is just a fluke. Experience: I have celiac, and have gone to a different location and they took good care of me. This location was awful. Run by kids and no management available. They didn't have any concern for my allergy, and when I told them my allergy was serious, the waitress girl went to two other kids (I think one was a cook), talked for a little while/giggled/looked at the menu, and the waitress girl came back and told me rice noodles had gluten in them, and probably nothing would be gluten free. Obviously said that to get us to leave. Because she had just told me the pho with rice noodles is gluten free. This was on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend, so maybe the management was on vacation. Again hopefully this doesn't reflect their usual service.

I really like the 54th and Ray location and I saw this other location on the google maps and stopped in. The food is still delicious but the service was weird. There was the 4 of us. 2 couples. We asked the server if we can split the check to 2 since there were 2 couples. She looked irritated at us immediately. We were confused why splitting the check caused her to get upset. My wife asked to switch out one of the noodle for rice instead. The waitress looked more irritated and was really snappy at this point. We got the bill and we were charged $ 3 for extra rice. It was substitution from 1 item to another. Not extra. When you go to a normal restaurant, if you asked to get fries instead of bake potato, most places don't charge extra for it. If they did, they would tell you ahead of time so there is no confusion. The food runner and the other waitresses were nice and polite. We got the check and we didn't want to argue with her about the extra charge so we just paid for it and still left her with a 25% tip. My usual tip is 35% to 50% when the service is great. I was a server at a few restaurants for many years of my life. I try to go the extra mile to be polite at another server since some customers can be rude. Just a professional courtesy. We were not rude to her. She must had a bad day. Hope things get better for her.

Nice clean place even the bathroom but, my Pho was cold including noodle, soup or broth and noodles all chopped into small pieces never again I will go there. My wife ordered some noodles soup too they don't bring her any condiments like the banana blossom, string beans or any sortz

The worst pho in AZ. I picked up my to go order and when I got home to give to my wife( which it was her birthday lunch) and I found a hair in my noodles. My meat was uncooked( I did ask for it to be cooked), and my veggies consisted of only bean sprouts. Nobody wants to eat food with hair in it, so I called and asked for a refund and the manager was really rude and didn’t want to do a refund, unless I drove all the way back and show them. I tried to show pictures but no. If you want good Pho with no hair in it, go to Pho Chandler.

The Management was not willing to accommodate a replaced meal after 3/4's of a meal was thrown out. The woman who bust my table had no consideration I was paying and grabbing a to go box.The waiter replied, sorry.I work @ the Banner Gateway hospital constructing for the entire community surrounding and all I get from Management was "You should of" need I say more.It is demeaning to take and not replace its sad people aren't keeping up with customer service I will not recommend anyone here.I also tipped

I absolutely LOVE this place, this is actually my all time favorite GO to spot the staff is kind, friendly and just very pleasant the atmosphere & music just makes for such a relaxing and enjoyable experience it’s a must TRY I’d recommend this place to my friends and FAMiLY for sure I usually get the egg rolls and a steak pho super GOOD.

I've been there twice to dine-in. Great service and AMAZING pho. My kids even get the pho ga and fried rice and it's perfect for them. Can't wait to go back ahain to try something new, I'm sure I'll be happy.
