Great service 9am today. Friendly, efficient, accurate. The tables are back, its been a while since I visited. Tables aren't cleaned, just picked up by customers. Thank you Fry's/Kroger for have this kiosk in store.

Starbucks is really on a roll. TERRIBLE service, sarcasm, leaves you while IGNORING you in the drive-thru. It took banging on the window to get an answer. Listen folks, you saw me asking for help, and you simply ignored my pleas for help. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I still deserve more respect than you gave me. Then you got my order wrong. You need to treat those of us that pay your salary much better. I can get better goods at Circle-K, which is what I'll do.
We went in and placed our order with KathyShe wasn’t paying much attention to me, so just placing the order was slow. We proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our 2 drinks, one of which was a plain tea.I saw my grand daughters drink get poured and set down waiting for whipped cream. When they continued to make other drinks, I asked them to just put a top on it as we had to go. Still not given the drink. Asked again and the worker stated she was busy making another drink. Don’t want excuses, wanted a sorry about the wait. Will stick with Dutch bros from now on.
Stores are getting locks and having the ingredients for this rewards that are offered just like the dragon drink most time they'll tell me oh can't make the dragon Drake don't have coconut milk or most often it's we don't have the berries the infusion tomato and mozzarella panini hardly ever have
went there today with my 80 year old parents and the 2 ladies working told us they were closed. This was at 230pm on a Saturday.
