worse service ever, it takes over 20 min. to get two soft drinks delivered, well not delivered. when ordering food received it cold. won't be returning to the casa grande sonic.
Worst attitude in the world. went through the drive through 5mins ago (June 20th 1:30) didn’t order anything I’ll take my business somewhere else. then YALL wonder why everyone dislikes casa Grande and these kids.
We ordered 3 corn dogs for happy hour at .50 cent's a piece. Not bad, they were very tasty but we forgot to order mustard on the app and it took forever to get some from our car hop because they were busy.
- the food is average, I like their French toast and really like the lemonade- very refreshing when is hot.The staff is average, bunch of youngsters. The service is MEGA SLOW… do not go there in a hurry, especially the drive thru - even if you are the only one , you are going to wait so just wait! Lol - the spot is alright.
It's just almost okay. I always find it a hassle, cold fries, wrong orders, the drinks have had too much or too little carbonation. Definitely better places in CG for a quick bite and good drinks
For us it was good. I used to work at a Sonic in my younger days, do it brings back memories to me. I love all the food I ate there.
Received good cold as if it been sitting waiting to be brought out. Told the carhop food was cold no manager came out to access the issue, carhop took the food back inside reheated it in the microwave and brought it back. As much as I want to cuss someone out I decided to not even go be the energy because clearly y’all have workers and managers who doesn’t care about quality of food.
The two breakfast burritos were half the size of all the other Sonic burritos I've ordered over the last month at various Sonics all over the country. I love the Burritos...BUT...These were tiny...mostly tortilla not even close to being the normal size I'm used to at Sonic. They gave us 8 packs of ketchup that we didnt ask for, 5 packets of Salsa, but only ONE napkin. Wth? The one single mixed gender bathroom was occupied the whole entire time we waited for our tiny burritos. So here I am 45 minutes later at a truckstop writing this poor review. Sonic Management needs to step it up with training? Get another bathroom? Glad I'm only passing through...NO I'd not reccomend this Sonic Drive In.
Tried to order using the app and it wasn't working. So we tried ordering online. Online ordering wasn't working either. So we drove to Sonic and ordered. The tots were cold and chewy. We ordered a cherry limeade and they sent out a cranberry limeade, so we had to send that back. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast with caramel. It was plain vanilla with the chunks of cookie dough only placed on top of it. There was no caramel, and it wasn't blended. Very disappointed ☹️
Ordered the standard burger meal. Insides good and fresh. Bun was stale/old, maybe sat open for a while to the air. $9 for this quality burger meal is getting ridiculous.
