I have come to this restaurant numerous times and this latest visit was the worst. The gal in the drive through “couldn’t hear” or understand me apparently. So as in many cases I pulled up to the window to complete my order. Her response was that me doing so was “disrespectful”. So me yelling over the traffic noise and my car’s engine is more suitable than coming to the window? This is not the first time she has had an issue with me. Maybe she should rethink her job options. The gal in the mornings has ZERO issues with the noise and always can hear me. The girl who took my order this afternoon had such an attitude that I couldn’t even eat my food because I thought she had messed with my order in some way.
Absolutely the best taco shop I have ever had! The food is great and the service is wonderful. I love the taco salads and they always make it tasty.
Food is great, no complaints at all. In fact its probably the best Mexican food I've had since I moved here. My only complaint is the price. For 2 adults 1 kids meal, $35, no drinks, just food.
Thanks for being open and available to me at a time that I really needed food it was late! I ordered a number 3. The rice beans and enchiladas where less than warm. The cheese was not melted in the enchiladas at all. Presentation looks good but food not so. I ate it cause I was hungry but now stomach feels quezy... hope I don’t have an upset stomach in the am. I have a show to do!
The food, as always, was delicious but I want to give an extra shout out to Courtney! Ordered through DoorDash and called to request some “extra green salsa”. Not only was she so pleasant and kind on the phone, she even sent me a sweet little note and exactly as I asked for that extra green salsa!! Thanks Courtney!
I made an order online, was willing to give this place a chance. Paid almost 26 dollars for just some nachos, one burrito and one simple churro. Out of the entire order, the only thing that was worth paying for was the churro. The nachos were made with about 90 percent tortilla chips and not the good kind and 10 percent of meat, I did not even recieved any salsas and the burrito was supposed to be carne asada, well the burrito was made out of ground beef and a lot of grease was coming out of it. I could had made that myself for less money. Overall disappointed and won't consume there again.
The place was very clean. Great menu selection. Has drive- through service as well as inside tables. My husband loved his food. I had chicken tacos. It was good but a little too spicy for me. Great food if you like spicy Mexican!
I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for 2 tacos. There was only one car in front of me and nobody in the restaurant! Waste of time for sure!!!
I was quite happily impressed. The street tacos I had had excellent flavor. The green and red salsas mixed flavor and spice quite well. I highly recommend Rili-B's to anyone.
Decent food though I'd say as far as "taco" places in town goes this has been one of the greasiest I have had. I had a Carne Asada Quesadilla which you can see the extra grease left over in the photo. Again it's decent food, just could have been much much better.I personally had my own order to me fairly fast though there was a customer who had walked out after I sat down who did not get their food yet. The black floors would be a nice touch and atmosphere if it wasn't for all of this Arizona sand hahaha! The entry way was dusty and the floor only amplified the foot traffic. Both of these issues can be explained with not being able to have enough staff to take care of cleaning between rushes. I don't consider this to be 100% the restaurants fault during a pandemic, but something to be looked at when they resurface the floors and maybe change up their cleaning cycle.Overall a decent experience but keep in mind these observations if you plan to go. The driveway was always packed too when I was here and when I had passed previously. So if you don't mind waiting it's an ok joint to visit.
