Ugh... yuck. What happened? They were really good 2 months ago. Tonight it took 12 min to get 5 pc tender meal. Apparently someone had a huge mobile order that didn't show so they let patrons at the restaurant WAIT to get food. Wow! Insane. I get home and chicken was over fried with mo flavor. Mashed potatoes had gross gravy when I specifically said NO gravy twice and she replied no gravy. Mac&chez had burnt cheese on top. Couldn't eat nothing. Half a tender and I was done. Disappointed and grossed out. Plzzzz get it together Popeyes!!!
Friendly service! I was greeted well at the drive thru speaker. My order was correct. I enjoyed the classic crispy chicken sandwich but it was a bit too crispy in many places along the chicken patty. The breading is a bit too salty.
No smiles. Not attentive. When my son and I ordered, facility was not busy. I clearly stated No gravy in my mashed potatoes and they put gravy in my mashed potatoes. Of course took it back to counter. The atmosphere was not friendly. It seemed like the majority of the employees I encountered out front did not want to be there.
We went for a meal at 9pm and the drive thru staff was amazing. Professional and friendly. Would definitely come back when in the area due to coast to coast travel. Thank you guys, you made us feel welcome ?
On Sunday I ordered the 12 pc box meal. Was supposed to come with 3 of everything. 3 breast, 3wing,3 thigh,3 legs. I got 5 thighs, 5 legs, 1 breast and a half of another breast. Called the number on the receipt and left a massage right after I opened the box. Its now Monday evening and I've not heard anything from anyone. Poor customer service!!! I only want what I paid for!!!
You'll get ripped off here. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it came with a chicken strip instead of the patty. 5 dollars on chicken strip.
One of the dirtiest restuarants i have been to....ever. chicken was super hot and fresh...just tasteless. At least they had chicken, last time at lunch they were out. Today no coleslaw. You might want to call ahead and see what they have to be on the safe side.
Absolute trash, little girls working drive gossiping instead of focusing on properly taking your order, then on top of it the supposed manager eating behind them with no gloves on the floor while the dining area is closed. Me and my fiancé love Popeyes and every time we try to give them a chance it is a fail. DO NOT GO HERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND NOT EVEN GET THE RIGHT FOOD.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Popeyes, received excellent service from the drive-thru window. Needed to change my order when I got to the window and the Mod came over and helped the young man, both were very plesent and accommodating , no bad attitude. Got home and chicken was fresh as were the sides and biscuits. I know alot of people are quick to complain at fast food restaurants, but credit needs to be given where credit was due.
Came in on my day off to enjoy some Louisiana chicken, some young ladies were handing out our order and just doing their job and answering some questions as a manager named Merina came out telling them that they needed to get back in the kitchen because she wasn’t having it. As well as this is super unprofessional because she was on her phone and was also wearing an Apple Watch which violates food safety as she is touching food and stuff and tapping on her watch without washing her hands.This is just ridiculous. Managers like her are the reason nobody wants to work Nothing is wrong with taking a break and getting to know customers. No longer coming here to eat when she is here if she’s not gonna let her crew members be themselves. I would’ve rated 0 stars but I had to choose at least one star in order to leave a review about how horrible this experience has been
