I like their food. It’s good but last night I placed an order online and a few minutes later, I didn’t need it anymore so I called them asking if they made it yet and if not if I could cancel and get a refund. After telling them my name, I got an EXTREMELY long pause and then “okay, it’s cancelled” then hung up on me. Called back today to ask about the refund and got told we couldn’t. Completely unprofessional. Unless you are really craving Pizza Hut, I don’t recommend ordering here.
Ordered twice online both times there was already a car waiting in drive thru. I waited 10 minutes, no telling how long that car was parked at the drive thru window. That car should have been parked else where then served that way. When I got to the window it took another 5 minutes to get acknowledged. I was helped by a female manager who had zero urgency to provide customer drive. I watched her walk all over the place before noticing me. Again bad customer drive and zero urgency on everyone that worked there. Do not recommend pizza hut casa grande by the time I got my order is was cold
Ordered here several times before and my family has always been happy with the food and service. Tonight was completely different. The pizza and wings were undercooked. The toppings on the pizza were all off. Our tummies were upset after eating. Also, took multiple times just to place the order online. So very disappointed with the this experience, especially for the cost.
Unfortunately Pizza Hut is not what it used to be their secret sauce is not the same their texture of their Pizza is not the same I remember as a child growing up eating Pizza Hut it was a special occasion and you were always the first one to be at the door to tell your parents that the pizza was here nowadays is just a quick fix to feed the family ? the way the pizzas are put together today has no love no passion I prefer Papa John's you can still taste a little bit of love
Everybody likes Pizza especially when it comes from the big hut and the classic tavern with beer or the adults for the kids you got a nice soda pop come on in join the the crowd and have you a nice deep dish pan pizza if you pay for the house
Food ok but service has issues. 6 employees working there one person to take ur order bring ur pizza and drinks. Others just stand around and shot the bull. Talk to each other and even the manager won't help just stands with others and laugh and talk dirty place
Decided to give them another try as they screwed up my cold pizza last time and never refunded me. So I Order pizza for dinner tonight. Delivery in 25-35 it said. I waited an hour and called, while on hold I received a text from the person who received my order. They said they called Pizza Hut to let them know, the manager got on the phone and said well my driver is really good at finding addresses let me talk to him. Um… I wouldn’t have called if my order was delivered. I said just to refund me as I wasn’t going to wait another hour to see if my order might get delivered and she acted like I was lying. So now some other nice family is enjoying my dinner and we are having cereal. Thanks Pizza Hut.
Good pizza and better service. Very busy at lunch and only one server. However she was a force of nature. Got our order quickly and food as soon as possible.
The pizza was fresh , hot, and done when I got there . It always looks clean, and everyone is always so nice we live by barros and still rather have pizza hut would be better if they delivered, but its worth the ride into town.
Delivery a little faster. From the time we were told via tracking that our food was out for delivery, it took 30 minutes to arrive. Should have taken less than 15.
