This place is fun for after school activities or just going to get some pizza! Unlike Chuckie Cheese the pizza is actually good here! The games are fun too!
I love the pizza.. the service in the casa Grande location sucks!!! Twice I’ve placed orders online and showed up at my pick up time (30 minutes later) only to be told that they just put the pizza in the oven & it’ll be another 20 minutes. And they weren’t busy at all!! The employees didn’t care at all. They’re response was “we can’t change the pick up time online) How about have the food ready at that time instead!!
I'm partial to this restaurant. My niece is the manager, nephews crew positions, and my youngest son is also an employee. For quick service and hot food pikup and drive-thru. And so affordable. Working families answer to the end of a positive evening at home with the kids & hubby.?
Not the first time our order was incorrect but this was by far the worst. We asked for light sauce and it's as if they doubled what was supposed to be on there. I'm not sure if it was due to it being oversized but it tasted very doughy like the pizza was undercooked. After everyone grabbing a slice I had to pretty much throw away two extra large pizzas. We also ordered wings and I thought it was a joke when I opened the box it look like a ball of aluminum foil when I opened it it was five of the tiniest wings I ever seen. We paid for regular wings at $9.99 and only received five wings. I called so that I can let them know about the order after waiting for 17 minutes no one picked up in a recording told me to try again later. I know everywhere is short-handed but serving food undercook is unacceptable.
Twice while visiting Casa Grande on 2 different occasions, I placed an order to go. Twice no one acknowledged my presence even though I was standing at the counter at the Pick Up Order sign. First time they had order made but by the time I went back in the order line and made my way to cashier, it was cold. Second time they hadn't made my order even though order had been called in 1 and 1/2 hrs prior. Couldn't leave because it had been prepaid. After 25 minutes order was called out but then it wasn't correct. They acknowledged that order was incorrect. No more mushrooms. I can understand that, but then instead if informing us they didn't say anything, only hoping we wouldn't notice until we got home. And then pizza was undercooked and had to be cooked at home. Last time I visit this location. Very disappointed.
90 dollars worth of pizza and it's like cardboard the crunch raspberry is soft and no icing on it the pizza had no extra pepperoni like I ordered my heart pizza only had olives when I ordered extra pepperoni worst 100 bucks spent and I love pizza
Worst customer service they are so untrained they can’t even print out a receipt which is kinda d*** cause they should be able too, the cashier name christa she didn’t give me my change right then she lied and said that she did thanks to her and the manager I’m never going to eat there. Also they don’t even sanitize there tables pretty sure if health service goes in there and check they won’t pass inspection
I wish I could rate the food and service separately but I’ll have to go with two stars at best. The food is fine, however the speed of service is absolutely abysmal. I was waiting around 15-25 minutes before an employee came up to me and asked what I was waiting for...So I told him my order with my receipt and guess what, the manager (shift lead?) making the pizzas on the line had entirely missed my order ticket even though it was posted right above her on the shelf lmao. The employees seem more interested in socializing rather than getting orders out. This is the second time in recent months that this has happened to me, so I’m beginning to think I should just avoid coming here anymore altogether..
So we booked a part for 6pm and arrived at about 5:45 pm and waited in line till 6:15 to be informed that they forgot about our party and asked us to give them a few minutes to set up the party which took about another 15 minutes then we had to wait for our pizza which they forgot one. The manager did give us 25% off for thier error which is the reason this review got 4 stars. I wouldn't recommend their party package since the kids only get 15 tokens with the part and you could purchase 30 minutes of play time for 12 bucks. The pizza was fresh and was actually pretty good.
My 8yo twins behaved better than the staff. I honestly witnessed the employees in the kitchen having a sword fight with the utensils. It took over an hour for our pizza. They did upgrade it from a small to extra large and gave me some coupons for it taking so long. But the pizza was almost inedible it was so over cooked. But my kids still had a great time playing games so it wasn't all bad
