They gave me the wrong rice and on top of that it was undercooked and hard. Also didn't provide sauces with sides when asked.
I had to wait about 15 for my food to be cooked. When I did get it, it was nice and hot. The only problem was, when the young lady brought it out to me, she had it sideways, and a lot of the sauce had run into the bag. When I arrived home, everything was coated in the sauce. Another thing I don't care for is that they always ask for a donation. They say they are a big contributor to charities, but it seems like they always ask for this money from their customers. I don't like to be asked for money when I go out to eat. I donate money and it is matched by the company I work for. It always makes it odd when your asked for money.
Orange chicken and fried rice was good. Chicken egg roll was room temperature. Hope I don't get food poisoning.
They do what they do very well. Chinese cuisine served quickly at a reasonable price. The honey walnut shrimp is excellent, worth the extra charge.
Worst customer service today drive through lady was super rude when grabbing the food she almost threw the food inside my car while having a nasty attitude. Not a great feeling.
My children love the teriyaki chicken from Panda Express however this location continually over cooks the chicken when going through the drive thru they put this burnt chicken under a layer of good chicken so you can’t see it. Panda Express is not cheap and my children will not eat the burnt chicken.
I don't mind waiting however I was the first one they parked, there 4 cars parked after me they brought all 5 out at the same give and have me my order last. So that means my order was prepared sat there while the fixed the other 4 and also gave me mine last. Wasn't worth a 20 minute wait.
I'm not too tech savvy but I really love ordering from Panda through the app. We ordered the family meal and although we live just down the street our meal was ready for pick up and was very hot. It was great!!!
Food is OK with the exception of the fried rice, which is dry and tasteless. Staff is less than friendly, and I get tired of them always pushing for donations to a charity. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order from the drive-through because they had no chicken teriyaki, which was not mentioned until I got to the window.
Time and time again I try to give this place a chance, whether drive thru or door dash. Their food quality and service is poor. Their food is consistently soggy. The portions aren't consistent. The staff is incompetent and rude. They also close their doors and kitchen before the posted closing time at least 45 min prior while not wanting to have to make anything they don't have displayed or left over. Typically I love panda, but definitely not this location. Save yourself the headache and go to the location by Walmart.
