I had a long day coming back from Tucson & was craving Panda so I stopped here around 8PM & they closed at 9PM. Well I ordered the bigger plate there was no rice, no mushroom chicken, & very little of the steak mostly vegetables, & other stuff had scraps or none left. I asked the lady for noodles & the she asked me what else I wanted. I asked for the steak & she started to grab some but noticed the left over rice was pretty nasty & stuff that was sitting there for a long time mostly vegetables.I asked her if they were going to out out more & she told me No this is it. I told her it's 8PM & you guys close at 9PM how can that he it? In that case I told her forget about it I will go somewhere else & will call your corporate office to let them know this. I saw when she took the noodles & put them back w the other one's as well. Will never go back here again 1st & last time.
This place stinks, literally, it stinks. I beleive a call to a plumber it's in order. The food is ok but the smell will most likely keep me away.Oh! NO! I DO NOT WANT TO DONATE A DOLLAR! AND NO! I DONT WANT TO ROUND UP!
I ordered online for a delivery order to beat the heat and ordered about 4 bowls and when I opened it up one of orders was wrong. I thought maybe it was my fault but no I check my receipt and sure enough the employees don't take enough time or pride in their job to make sure everything is the correct order. Especially when it's delivery you should be triple checking those orders.
The same problem's different store as soon as they ask for your donations to round up or give a dollar and you say no attitude changes small servings servings not offering the condiments like they should
If you get fried rice, don't get it at this location!! OR during 3pm to close.. They burn it, then try to scoop out the burnt stuff and stuff serve the smokey flavored yuk to you!! It was AWEFUL!! But because prices are also AWEFUL everywhere right now to eat any place, we ate it and didn't say a word. ??
Came here for a late night dinner after work, ordered a plate and a bowl. The food was great and super friendly workers. I love panda, the food is excellent. Will be coming back again soon.
I have lived in CG for over 2 years now and use to frequent Panda Express frequently and for the last few times I have eaten there the food flavor has gone down hill and the amount of a entree they give you is totally unacceptable I order a bowl with noodles which they gave me a heaping amount of noodles and they were gummy with no flavor and I ordered green bean chicken it’s totally ridiculous how much the server gave me it looked like she counted the green beans cause it was about 10 and the chicken because it was about 5 pieces of fatty chicken and big slices of onions I will not be going back ever again. I can’t wait until Lin’s Buffet open Panda Express I hope your CG manager sees this post and do something about it ?
Nope. The black pepper chicken was vegetarian; all onion and no chicken. The mixed vegetables was all broccoli that had never really met a steamer; call me radical, but I like my Chinese mixed veggies cooked, with a little garlic and salt, both of which must have gotten lost in the supply chain snafu. Avoid. (This review is about the Panda Express at 1747 E Florence BlvdCasa Grande, AZ; we have had better food at other Panda Express locations)
My fiance picked up dinner for me and our two daughters. When she got home we realized that only veggies were in the children's plates. We drove all the way back to town to get the meals replaced. After correcting the problem the manager walked back up to me and handed me the bag with the correct food and reached out and grabbed the bag I had in my hand with the food that was being replaced without even acknowledging me or asking for it in advance. Then when I asked her what she was doing she just got mad at me for not letting go and said she needed it to mark down as a customer complaint while she played tug of war with me over the bag. After working in the food service industry as long as I have, I would definitely say this was very unprofessional and very childish, especially for a manager in front of her staff and employees.
I once got stranded here and needed my car fixed at the nearby Walmart. I remember the staff being very flexible taking my order outside as I had a dog with me.The orange chicken was the best among the dozen of Panda Expresses I've tried across the country.
