The last two times I have ordered breakfast from McDonald's, the orange juice has been seriously watered down. Guess I won't be getting it again. It used to be so good.
Was a long line, but I made it through...18 cars, 2 rows. So 25 minutes is fairly good.
Good breakfast. Quick service. Friendly staff. Little more expensive than other locations.
This is my first bad review ever because I’m VERY optimistic however the rainbow headed girl was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered in my life? I worked at McDonald’s before so I’m always very kind but omg idk if she was having a bad day or what but literally rude for no reason, refused to give me money back or exchange for a juice. My sons milk was SOUR.
Around 95% of the time these guys do a pretty good job, but here lately if there've been a few clunkers like today. After waiting for 20 minutes on a mobile pickup order I finally went in to see it sitting on a cart on the appropriate number. After another few minutes, a young lady finally picked it up and headed out and I let her know it was mine. After getting to the car, I found that they had left the fries out, so I had to go back in again. Stuff happens sometimes, but they seem to be trending in the wrong direction, as this type of thing has happened a few times in recent weeks.
I've only ever ordered Happy Meals here for the kid. Fries are okay and the service speed is okay. Probably would lower a star or two if I started eating here more often. Got old toys and repeat toys, which is always fun to surprise the kid with.
Never order curbside. They have never gotten my order to me quickly. Twice it took over 20 minutes. The drive-thru is equally slow but at least you know you’ll eventually get your order. I had to call them to tell them I was waiting. They said they gave order to wrong person. How can you mix up the curbside numbers?!
Was an in and out easy order and go experience. This crew is on the job and it shows. My order came in a reasonable time frame and was correct. I thanked the entire crew, they worked very well together.
They never remember to bring out our food for curbside pick up. They always tell me sorry they thought I was door dash so they didn't run it out to me. This has happened to me at least 5 times now.
I ordered different meal items plus (2) McFurries..which both were not quite filled all the way up..they were almost only 1/2 filled, I asked the young man that put them together & his; his response was, that's how we make them. (Ticket total was over $50)I then asked if he would poured more ice cream in the cups, he said no because that how they are made..Disappointed with their customer service.
