The food is what you normally get in any Taco Bell nothing special there.However I’ve notice two issues that will prevent me from ever going back.1. There was one cook not wearing a mask nor a beard net. His beard was maybe 4 to 6 inches long. However he was dressed casual so it could of been the manager.. even worst!lead by example they say!As he was preparing the food he kept arguing with other cooks and spitting all over the food.2. The bathroom wow honestly I had a mask on and I had to double cover my face with my shirt so I did not throw up because it smelled so bad. It was the filthiest bathroom ever!Not acceptable for such company to have these preventable embarrassing issues going on.It is obvious that this store needs a new GM. It need a person with great management skills.
This place is always busy, so you know it's good. The staff have never messed up my order.
The workers were very polite while giving me cold long John silver's after I politely repeated I don't do cold food I need fresh hot food.I took it right back..I was in the driv thru. Taco Bell was decent. I'm not sure why fast food restaurants assume you want whatever they give.
Last Saturday 3/11/2021, as soon as I was up, I knew it was a LJS day. I drove from Tucson to Casa Grande (about one hour), since we don't have a LJS in Tucson and that one is the closest to me. I was very pleased with the taste of the food I ordered plus the girl who helped me, Emily has excellent customer service. Will return soon.
This place is very good i drive up from Tucson once a month just to get our favorite fish and chicken
Loved it like always. I asked for the $5 boxes. 3 of them to be exact plus l1 and extra hush puppies. It wasn't greasy at all. The hush puppies were nice and crispy. My kids enjoyed it. Fed a family of 7 for about $34 bucks not bad...
Absolutely nothing but pig slop.?The food is so greasy it literally drips on the plate when you pick up the food.The grease isn't clean either, it's dark brown .And what's more, they even closed the dining room so it's drive thru service only.My advice is to NOT dine here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! ⚠️
This is so sad...I really love Long John Silvers. It has been getting harder and harder to find one still in business. I know one big reason why too. Old oil used to fry the food. It completely ruins the food. I know they would have so much more business if they would just step up and do the right thing. People know what old oil tastes like...it's a very distinct taste. YUCK! Don't they realize the message they are sending to their customers when they serve food cooked in old oil? They are saying that they are either too cheap or too lazy (or both) to clean the fryer and put new oil in. Ultimately, it's a great big f#%k you to the paying customer. Well, right back at ya!Keep it up and see how far it gets you.
LJS must changed their type of fish??Had 2 piece fish & shrimp with fries & hushpuppies, the only flavor any of those had was grease, greasy batter. Fish & shrimp had NO flavor, hushpuppies & fries under cooked plus flavorless, but all could completely saturate a pile of napkins in about 30 seconds.Won't do LJS again!
Went here over the weekend and was met with a lobby closed so went thru drive thru and placed order with a nice gentleman... then when I got to second window... this lady must have had a horrible day cuz even tho I smiled and asked ploilitly for plates and utensils...if looks could kill... I wouldn't b writing this review....she quickly shut window and gave me plates and 2 forks .. then I asked for condiments again w/ a smile and napkins since none were in the bag...she looked so inconvenient and upset ...she again slammed the window shut by the we noticed the lack of plates she gave us 2 plates for a family meal that's feed 4 ppl. This should have been a red flag to check the rest of our order but we didn't got all the way to destination and found out that we did get all of our order ... call to advise of situation..no help.... so maybe think twice be for going to this one
