During dinner rush they didn't have pizzas ready wait was over 30 minutes @ 5:30pm employee was very rude

In Overall the food quality is good, but the store Singh hours of the operation said that close at 9 pm, but I try to order pizza at 8:30 pm or earlier and no one picked up the phone, and also the door at the the store is closed already cleaning up. ????

Bought pizza about 3 weeks ago, crust was doughy not cooked thoroughly, came back today for the replacement, called in 45 minutes ahead, the Manager Susan said she would throw them in when I called, come to find out they weren't done. So sitting out here waiting, going on an hour after I called. It may be convenient for someone that lives in Casa Grande but I live quite a ways. Most of the time I see a line and people waiting for awhile, today I told her that she needs to be a better manager because this is unacceptable. People in high positions are the key to companies and the revenue they make, customer satisfaction is important as well as customer service, which she didn't seem to have.

6.28.22Pizza promised 5.32 pm to 5.37 pm. Placed order at 5.14 pm, in oven at 5.20 pm. Took 25 minutes to cook??? Been running 8 to 10 minutes over promised time. Handed to me at 5.45 pm. I saw 40 pizzas go out while I was sitting there for 16 minutes waiting. Yes there very busy but over promising pick up time by up to 10 minutes late. Not first time pizza was over 5 to 10 minutes over max time to be ready. . Say what you do. Do what you say. My thinking is did my pizza go out with another order and I waited? Tell me uts it going to take 25 minutes to cook. Stay out of the sales laced approach lingo. It only hurts your image. 2nd time you were 5 to 10 minutes wait.

The hours of operation posted states 9pm, however they lock there doors way before that. No pizzas are ready and everytime I’ve been there, my Hot and “Ready” takes 15 minutes. I honestly think they do that to get people to leave. EMB has 30% more Pepperoni and cheese. Tell me these pictures represent that. Poor management of employees. Probably would recommend Dominos over them.

Love the food, Saturday morning not enough employees. Sitting in lobby, saw 4 customers walk out, because the two where so busy. Schedule more employees please in the am hours.

Great place for a quick pizza. If they don't have a Hot n Ready, it only takes them about 10 minutes to make what you like.

My experience here was the worst, I ordered 4 pizzas, was told a 7-10 minute wait. I was fine with it. Waited and waited. Lobby was full of customers that were not getting any help at all. No workers came to the front to help us, but the drive thru everyone was getting things as they ordered. Two workers came to the front only to just click out. The others stayed in the back. Finally the drive thru lady came and helped. I was the third one in but for some apparent reason she decided to let me get my pizzas last. Which were already ready just sitting in the warmer. Very rude to be treated this way.

Horrible. They told me all they had was a pepperoni and a Supreme. I said I'll take both. They charged my card then said oh all I have is 2 thin crust pepperoni. I ended up taking them since my card was already charged. The pizza was cold and doughy. For thin crust to be undercooked is a hard thing to accomplish. I had to put them in the oven when I got home. Not hot. Not ready.

I mean it's little Ceasars. You know what you are getting. The wait was very long, and more expensive than isbused to be. I wasn't thrilled that I waited on line for 25 minutes to pay 15 bucks for 2 little Ceasars pizzas.
