It's been a norm lately that they have you pull to the side after you pay. That's not my problem. My problem is, there isn't enough room, so like in my case, a van had to pull over and waited 15 minutes! Then, a pickup (in front of me) had to wait an extra 5 minutes! I just ordered a burger and got it almost right away, but had to wait for the truck to get their order in order for me to leave.This is not the first time! Last week I had to pull over. I asked for ranch for nuggets, and when I finally got my food, no ranch. I told the kid, and he said he would be right back. I waited an extra 5 minutes before I got out of my car and went inside. The kid looked at me, grab some ranch and handed it to me. If this keeps happening, I'll take the extra trip to Pinal.
My favorite location for a good old fashioned chocolate milk shake. Comes with whipped cream and cherry on top. Staff is very friendly.
I have never gone to a jack and the box that has served old fries. I got the curly frys and they are hard and chewy like they have been sitting there for days.
Usually, they're my go to JITB here in CG. The one on Pinal has management issues, but tonight was not that great. I asked for a large coffee; they confirmed over the intercom AND at the window a large coffee. I was handed the receipt after paying and was charged for a regular. Eh, what can you do? They hand me a regular. Again, not that much an issue, since it's what I was charged for. I wanted the large, its only 60¢ more — but the regular can suffice.Then, when I'm handed the rest of my items, I check the salad and notice I wasn't given dressing. I asked at the window, and audibly confirmed with the employee. Again not a big deal. I go inside and ask for a ranch dressing, get handed something, and am on my merry way. I get home and sit down to eat and I was given balsamic.I didn't bother checking when I was handed, because I had already asked prior for ranch. Thankfully, nothing else was missing or out of sorts, but it's just silly to get both things wrong when the order was confirmed twice at the speaker and the window.

Make sure its your last option. Even though the setvice is great, the manager was so friendly and on top of the kitchen. The dining eran was full of homeless? Not sure its casagrande i wanst able to use the restroom who knows what was going on. The soda machine was disgusting needed to get cleaned asap so many hands touching the screen. Like i said im not sure if they are homeless or just going through a bad time. But they just sit there use restrooms while customers cant. Oh by the way, THAT WAS THE BEST OREO SHAKE IVE HAD IN YEARS!!!!
The last three times I crave a Oreo shake they tell me that they're out of the shake mix and when I order a couple of Tacos they end up taking forever and want me to park in the front of the restaurant. Not the best experience
