The only customers there and they sold us cold curly fries .. no one was behind us in the drive thru .. no one was in the lobby .. my first and last time at that location the older location on Florence never serves bad food. They probably would have sold me cold tiny tacos if they didn’t mess up trying to give me regular when I ordered loaded. Pathetic!
Food is alway trash, even if you ask for them to make it fresh. The lobby is always 40 degrees also. Just drive to the one on Florence.
Very poor service and food got uncooked meat and barely any sauces. And line took forever within 3 cars and the whole kitchen was fully staffed or over staffed seemed like a lot of the employees didn't know what they were doing and didn't care.
Would have given 5 stars but kids at window never offered taco sauce so I had to pull around and walk back inside to get some.
They had it about 40 degrees inside, whereby you have no choice but to take your food with you.The cashier lied to us, saying they can only accept one diamondback special, per transaction. That's a lie, we've done it numerous times before.We didn't eat there as a result.
Its jack in the box what can u expect, they come in handy when you're out drinking and want 30 tacos
My family and I, which are 4 of us in total, bought 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 tacos, a popcorn chicken box, 1 curly fry, 1 onion rings, 2 sodas, and 1 breakfast item (which im not sure what it was exactly that my husband got of the breakfast item).... well, we all got food poisoning today.... 4 hours later after eating, 2 of us got sick, another 2 hours later mt husband and I got sick right after. The food tasted very old and also was soaked in oil that was also VERY dark and rancid tasting and smelling. EVERYTHING tasted like this, the main food items, the side of fries, onion rings, the break, chicken, literally everything tasted old as if it were left out and they tried to re heat our order which would explain the excess amount of oil dripping. The sad part was that we almost didnt eat half of our meal, most of us ate about half before calling it quits, it was NOT edible.... we ended up throwing away everything and we all still got food poisoning. The two drinks that came with our order was flavorless as well, like they forgot to maintain the soda dispensers as well. We just dumped the drinks as well since we dont even know if their ice machine is being cleaned and maintained either. Suffering a major headache as well as I'm sick witj food poisoning while typing this review out. This is not ok to be serving to the public, someone is going to be killed by serious illness due to food handling issues.
I am surrounded by teenagers. Do I need to say more? Just DO the Jack! It's a new dance...drive thru, drive around, drive thru, drive around...DO the Jack. Warning: your teens will never move out.
I went and ordered some food and it was cold... the cheese wasn't even melted and my frys were stale.. last time I went they gave me the wrong order ?♂️
Love the food great service and the new businesses open doors to friendly face style comfortable you got door dash why go out to eat your enjoy you day better breathing fresh air
