So disappointed with IHOP today. Ordered a BLT and it only came with 1.piece of lettuce and 1 slice of bacon. How can they even call that a BLT. So so disappointing. Does not make me a fan. This needs corrected. Our waitress was super nice. She was the high point of our visit and the reason for the 1 star. I would have given 0 stars for the sandwich. Pictures are attached.

Wanted to show the great experience we had at this IHOP yesterday evening. It was a large group of 20-25 people. We had the whole side of a room to ourselves. We found out there was only one server and it was his first time there as a server. I thought oh no!Our servers name was Logan. And he did an AWESOME job! Very efficient and polite. Of course it took awhile for our food to come. That was expected. But while we were waiting, he kept coming back and asking if there was anything else we needed while we were waiting for our food. This young man is a keeper! We would have never believed this was his first time serving.Kudos to Logan! The food was great to!

I am absolutely appalled at the lack of employees here tonight. There were only 2 employees in the whole restaurant and they were running themselves ragged trying to keep up with all the different tables they had.I went here tonight in a party of 7 people. The host/waitress/busser was all the same person. Alissa did an excellent job. She was attentive and got everything for us when we asked for it once we were seated. All the problems that we experienced tonight were absolutely due to the lack of employees. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated, then we waited several more minutes in order to put in our order and get our drinks. If Alissa and Walter (the manager on duty/cook since no one else was scheduled) had an adequate amount of employees there tonight, our experience would definitely have been a 10/5 stars. I mean, I definitely respect them for getting there and doing their work while remaining friendly and engaging but those are not fair working conditions.I don't think I'll ever go back if this is how they treat their employees. And I definitely plan on reporting this to the IHOP chain.

The food was as expected. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the location. Dirt on the ceiling from the vents. Spider web in the light above the table. Dirt and old food waste stuck to the walls in the booths. The booth seats need a steam cleaning. This location needs a good sanitary cleaning.

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! First red flag should have been 75% of the tables had dirty dishes on them. We had to seat ourselves. After waiting 10 minutes the server finally made it over to take our order. 20 minutes later he shows up with half our order (eggs and bacon) says the rest is coming at which time I asked him for a refill on my coffee. Which he replied its brewing. 15 minutes goes by and finally the rest of our order shows up. Still no coffee! 10 minutes later I had to get up and confront the staff about getting some coffee. Seems if you work at this IHOP you don't have to work just play social hour the entire day.

Very friendly staff. God device. Clean.

My roommate and I stopped by here Monday morning (11am). The place wasn’t busy per-say but I would definitely say it was steady. Our server doubled as the host and seated us and she was amazing and the main reason why I’m writing this review. Dani was upbeat, friendly and positive and she seemed to really enjoy her job. She was quick and efficient and checked in on us a normal amount, (not neglected and not too often). She’s very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to help me find a combo of exactly what I wanted without having to order everything à la carte. 10/10 appreciate her. Thank you!

Only used curbside twice and both times it took 30 minutes. This last time, I ordered gluten free pancakes. I do have an allergy and I do know that not every restaurant can prevent cross contamination.. But never has any "gluten free" restaurant food ever been this painful for me. Idk what they did to my pancakes.. but it doesn't feel like it was made gluten friendly as advertised

IHOP my go to place for breakfast at dinner time! They have happy hour menus where everything is $6.00 I think it runs from 2 pm to 10 pm. We have had some great service too!

This IHOP was very good. They were short staffed like everyone and handled it well. The food was good and it was filling. I just miss the days when the coffeepot was left on your table. It used to be the home of the never empty coffeepot!
