No Help!!Ordered on the app and it was sent to the wrong location. Couldn't get a refund or have order sent to the location I was at. Was told I needed to go to that location which is 35 miles away. In order to receive a refund!!!!! Thanks for the customer service FIREHOUSE SUBS!!
Firehouse has been giving out subs every day based on you first name. I really like the restaurant chain overall: the food here is always great. Also the rewards are pretty amazing too (second to Cafe Rio, which isn't in town). This location was pretty fast and I like the freestyle machine for soda. The cashier was kinda quiet, but she made the food super fast.
Food good. Service terrible, stopped talking, started working when they realized I was watching! Took 15 min to get order.
Young employees loudly discussing their social life instead of making our order. We and others waiting over half hour for our order.
GOT FOOD POISONING FROM EXPIRED MEAT.Ate here last week on Saturday and got a grilled chicken sandwich. Ate one or two bites and noticed and it tasted sour . The color was a little off (kinda green looking) the taste was so bad so I went to the workers and told them about it. The girl was super nice, younger probably high school or college (they all were) and looked at me and apologized a ton saying that the chicken actually expired that previous Thursday…. She made me a new sub (didn’t get a refund…) but she did add a free cookie which was nice but I would’ve preferred my money back. My stomach is sensitive so in my mind I knew I was getting sick. And next thing you know, that same night from 3-6am I was up with food poisoning, throwing up for hours and diarrhea. It wrecked me… So needless to say I don’t think I’ll ever be going to firehouse subs again haha.. and don’t think I can eat grilled chicken subs for the next year.Workers were nice but definitely not paying attention to the food. Hopefully it’s a learning experience to ALWAYS check expirations dates before feeding to customers. And hopefully fire house subs starts implementing new rules to check ALL the food. ESPECIALLY MEAT PRODUCTS.
Great sandwich. Been awhile since I've eaten here. Delicious sandwich. They always had the best dill pickles but this time something different. Not the same dill pickle they give you with the sandwich. Didnt care for it. Hope not all locations changed their pickles.
Would not recommend this Firehouse Sub, been in many Firehouse 's across the country, and the service here is terrible. The manager didn't know how to operate the cash register, from the time I walked in to when I received my 2 sandwiches it took 32 minutes, ( there were 3 people in front of me ), they did have a full staff. I will say the sandwiches were very good . I don't see myself visiting this restaurant anytime soon, however I will still go to other locations.
Best sub I've had in a long time! Service was great, a little slow but I'd wait all over for a bomb sub like that again!
I love eating here, their subs are delicious and much better and cheaper than Subway. Every time I come to eat here, the place is always clean and the people are nice. If you love eating subs, I recommen eating here, you get great food and help out our fire fighters.
