Very disappointed in this Casa Grande location; with their quality of food and their customer service. My pizza was burnt, hard, and the toppings were cold, and the wings were all fat.The manager David was very rude and actually hung up on my mother when she was trying to explain the problems. Will never go back there again.
One of the most horrible experiences ever here in casa grande. Placed an order for over 20.00 got home pizza was burnt, wings were cold and nothing but fat. Called to try and talk to the manager David to only have him be very nasty and he hung the phone up in my face. I would never recommend this place to anyone's dog let alone another person.
When dominoes first opened after the fire the pizza was excellent. But in the past few months to six months and I buy pizza maybe once a month the pizza is absolutely awful. I would taste test the food before you pay money for dominoes pizza or any food at dominoes in casa grande . The pizza I ordered today was prepared by Amanda and I remember another time the pizza was prepared by Amanda both were horrible so if the tracker says prep by Amanda cancel the order.
I ordered 4 medium pizzas today, on a special and I tell ya what; it was a huge mistake.The sauce was absolutely horrible.It tastes like they added about a cup full of sugar.I went ahead ate it but by the last slice, I was just about to throw up.Nasty !I'll never be back. In fact, I'll never buy another Domino's Pizza again in my life.Ewww !!
Food was great as usual. Messed up on order called them and no sorry or we will get that right out to you. It was can you pick it up? Drove all the way back and was thinking at least a bottle of soda or something for our trouble and nothing. Worst part was the wrong part of the order had jalapeno in it and luckily we found out before our daughter ate it she is allergic. Not happy with service but food was good. Everyone has bad days but to show no remorse was the kicker

I don’t ever write reviews. However dominoes casa grande is awesome! Customer service- check. On time delivery- check. Excellent food for a reasonable price - double check. Nice work dominoes!
They get 3 stars case my order was almost $30 and all I had on me was a $50bill and they said they can take a bill that so I had too go break it down the road just to get my pizza this was in the middle of the day tooo what a inconvenient waste of my time also order my pizza with extra black olives and never got that see this pic they charged me for extra black olives but as you can see I didn't get that. there's barely any cheese on it and I have like 8 peices of chicken is this a pizza or bread sticks
Waste of time and money. As the photo explains itself the pizza is watery and runny with no veg toppings, even though I order spinach.
Couldnt go when they "reopened" because of the trash hours they had, but looks like theyve returned to normal hours so i had to try it out. Ordered through the app and everything went smoothly. Coupons worked as they should, the pizza tracker was accurate & up to date, and my order was ready in 10 minutes after i placed it. No issues picking it up and everything was good. 4 stars only because i read of how others were treated during their reopening times, but hopefully this is the start of a more positive trend
