where is the signature Dairy Queen cone swirl or anything?? This cone was SOOO messy. So un enjoyable and to know that she messed up she couldn’t even offer to give me a cup or anything. This was ridiculous! This employee needs obviously more training! Store manager do better!
Went in st 2p today waited 25 min for two burgers .. No Sorry fir the wait or anything really. From the other reviews sound like u need to close it or work yourself! Really sad "poor" CS skills from kids today!!!
Location was out of several menu items when we visited. The food we did end up getting was pretty miserable in quality. Location wasn’t very clean. Only good thing about our stop here was it was cheap.
Not being from Tucson this place was great! Where I'm from they no longer do German chocolate blizzards. I was happy
Everytime I go they mess up the order it's like they put one third of the ingredients I'm so tired of going here *edit response to dq team. No I'm not going back and I will continue to tell everyone I know not to go there this place is garbage and a bad representative of the dariy queen brand.
we went through the drive thru, the employees were extremely rude to us. we ordered the 2 for 5 and we’re told we didn’t order the 2 for 5 and if we are gonna order it we need to remind them. they rushed us also while we were ordering. we ordered three blue raspberry slushes one with icecream which barely had any icecream, and the slushees we’re watered down and didn’t even taste like blue raspberry. i ordered a cotton candy blizzard and it had maybe 2 bites of cotton candy in it. i have never had a problem usually with this place but tonight was awful experience. no clue who was working but it was at 9:40 pm on April 26th.

Great malt, but the next time I will get a large. The medium looked like a small. Was still a nice treat.
Store was clean, crew was friendly. Food was really good. Can't go wrong with the famous peanut buster parfait. Good experience.
Their drive thru is outrageous , so we went inside. 2 out of their 4 bathroom stalls were broke, dirty as heck. Order inside and waited 20 mins to get two orders of the hardest oldest French fries I've ever seen , while I seen the drive thru get full twice and we're done before us. If you want a cold treat you will be good either drive thru or inside. If you order food be prepared to wait a long time and make sure to check if the order is right and that the food isn't hard and cold.
