I ordered two ice cream treats and cheese curds through the drive thru. I paid for and received the ice cream and was told to park and they'd bring the curds to me. Almost 15 minutes later no curds. When I went inside there was a bag sitting on the counter. I explained how long I had been waiting to one bewildered person then a second person came to the counter and I again explained how long I had been waiting for cheese curds. She then opened the bag sitting on the counter, pulled out a receipt and said, " a regular order of cheese curds?". I said "yes". To which she closed the bag and pushed it towards me. No apology, no other words. Just pushed the bag with an expressionless quiet face. To which I tlited my head and said "really?" Then the robotic apology and I'm not part of the drive thru..... blah blah. I tossed the cold curds in the trash on the way out the door. It wasn't worth making a fuss over because the level of idgaf customer service is off the charts at this place.
Great fast food but our order took almost 15 minutes as we waited in parking lot with AC running due to 110 Temps. Overall we love this DQ!
Well we stopped here on a very hot day we had no AC in our car we were hungry and just sick from the heat we used the drive thru I was on the passenger side loudly giving my order the young lady at the window became irritated and demanded that I go to the window and that is why they will not take orders from the passenger but yet she heard me tell her that I was not done looking at the menu and she heard my friends order that I gave her so we proceeded to the window where I gave my order she immediately gave is our shakes and asked us to move forward and wait WITH NO SHADE I ordered chicken strips we moved up where we could still have some shade and enough where the car behind us could still order she ran out the the restaurant to make herself clear that she told us to pull forward with such authority and attitude I told her that we needed the shade we were not in anyone's way and she said I dont care I TOLD you to pull forward I will more than likely never come hear again I'll drive all the way to the freeway it'd be worth it So if you come here through the drive thru make sure that your AC is working and that your driver is not a veteran whos hearing has not been affected by the war because they will not take your order . And if they demand that you wait out where there is no shade be much obliged because they WILL make you wait longer in the hot ARIZONA sun on July 19 . 2022
This is a warning to anyone who visits this Dairy Queen. CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY before leaving. It's fair to say about 3 out of 4 times we are here, our order is wrong in some way. Kids working counter of course couldn't care less but that's just how this place works. We drive 10-15 mins out of the way for Culver's or Sonic now.
Staff not so friendly, the blizzards are a rip off mostly vanilla ice water extremely skimpy on the nuts, chocolate and Carmel , sorry won't be backCulver's ? percent
Literally the worst fast food place ever. It always takes so long to get anything other than ice cream here at this specific DQ. Food was burnt and they didn't follow any of the directions. Do not recommend.
Hadn't had Dairy Queen food since Texas & it was great! Crew members were attentive & helpful as well, manager/owner (not sure) was a bit loud lol.
Not only is their ice cream amazing! So are they selections of burgers. I personally LOVE the flame thrower burgers
Just got back from DQ for my grand kids . I sat at the drive up window for 61/2 minutes. When I pulled up one sundae was done .And I watched the second one come then no more. Then 5 minutes later the third one got there and the last one . The ice cream was melted in the first one and so was the second . By the time I got home 2 miles away and only 2 lights the third was on its way. The best part I took a cooler and refrigerated them on the way home . Very disappointed in the way the staff handled this one. Poor training on managements part.
Parking is a challenge. Drive through thoroughfare is very narrow. Be careful driving.
