Burger was amazing! Great service and we will go back. Gift shop was one of a kind and I could have spent hundreds on cool unique gifts
So disappointing! The only thing The star is for is the cleanliness. The waitress was slow and then handed our 10 year old a HOT plate! I thought that was bad, she then started to drop a plate on me while serving us and told me to grab it so I did before it could have been bad! Food was not at all worth the price. I saw the potential on the menu and was really looking forward to it, but it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. We go to many places all over the place due to our family loving to travel. This service absolutely ruined it for us. I will be making sure others know about this place and the dissatisfaction.
Honestly quality at cracker barrel is usually pretty good service was good today but there was one problem absolutely no straws for your soft drinks other than that it was pretty good
What a great place anytime for a bite to eat! This was my first time at Cracker Barrel Old Country however, those who accompanied me have raved about the food and service. Honestly is was delicious but when is southern comfort food not? It had a rustic and homey feel and the food the same. Had the hearty chicken and dumplings with beans and okra. Definitely will be back again to try the fried chicken.

Best pancakes ? and love the store with the hard to get vintage candies.Many happy colors, fun-artsy stuff. The chocolate cake is delicious! (I had to take some of the topping off because it was too much sweet after the pancakes)

This place is super hit or miss and normally its a miss. Sometimes there are good cooks behind the counter that can make something decent but then more than half the time they don't hit the mark. The food itself is nothing to brag about either when it is cooked properly. The quality is not impressive and the prices are way too high for what you are getting.
Very disappointed in this location. We have a large family and understand that. But we waited patiently outside for over an hour because I specifically request to have one table NOT split tables. They seated us at 2 separate tables where we asked the host to push them together and she refused so we asked for the manager. Bailey is the location manager and was incredibly rude about it and told us to sit or leave. These tables were in the back of the room and would not have been in the way pushed together. We even watched them push a whole row together 2 tables away from us. They had a large party of 15 in another section that they sat all together. We love coming here as a family but will not be returning this was incredibly disappointing and disheartening.
Food was poor quality. Sweet potato served cold. Cornbread muffins were burnt black. I can not understand why anyone would serve burnt muffins. Server didn’t even bother to check on us after food was served.
