Chili’s is my go to place for Tex Mex cravings. It has wide variety of options to choose from. The quality, quantity and price is really good. I have been there multiple times and never have been disappointed. Good options as well if your vegetarian.

The Servers were amazing! Five stars for them. The cook on the other hand, not so great. My daughter asked for her steak medium rare. When it came out, it was more like well done. So the server brought it back. When the new one came out, it was medium well. My daughter just settled with itI got chicken. Very dry.

We had attempted to put a Mobil order way before 9:30pm on a Saturday and for some reason it didn’t permit us to do so. So we called in to put the order in and by the time I got to the manager (Ashley)she said it was 9:31 and they are not taking orders. . That we stop at 9:30pm. Even though it was 9:31pmSo I had my daughter go out there to put order in and she still didn’t accommodate us.They close at 10pm if we all would have went in and been seated to eat that would have been fine but we wanted the comfort of our home. For all you out there that want to put in a order make sure you do it early enough.

This place is wack I ordered through the app to go. I ordered nachos with chicken I got home with my food the nachos had no chicken and there was 12 chips and it was very cold. I called the manager and they said I’m sorry you didn’t get chicken and yes nachos only come with that many chips. Wow what a joke. I will never go here again

Would never go again Help was fighting in front of customers. Bartender has personality of a dirt pile. Service slow or nonexistent. Food subparagraph. Just a bad place to go. Been to many other chilies and never was treated so poorly. Should close doors if management or ownership doesn't take care of business!! Would give 0 stars if possible!

I eat at Chili's a lot on business trips. I bounce between, fajita trio, ribeye steak with loaded potato (mashed or baked) and the signature salads, along with Chips and Salsa. I always sit at the bar. This trip was the first I've been basically ignored at the bar. I was asked what I want to drink promptly enough. Getting my order in was not so easy. After my order came I was never asked if everything was good or if I needed anything else until I was done and presented the kiosk for the check. The staff is shorthanded here and they close early because of it. Call before you go after 8pm.

Husband and myself went to Chili's in Casa Grande today for lunch, after walking out of another restaurant, so were already in a less than stellar mood. But when we walked into Chili's, it was immediately welcoming. Our server, Josh, was warm and gracious without ever crossing the line into overbearing.I've been to other Chili's restaurants and already knew their food was good. We weren't disappointed there, either. Husband had the Mushroom Swiss burger and I had the lunch chicken fajita plate. Both arrived hot and beautifully arranged. It had been a while, so either I forgot about the citrusy tang to the chicken or it's new - but it was fantastic. Husband was equally happy with his generous burger and fries. It was our first time visiting the Chili's in Casa Grande but definitely won't be our last. It had everything: welcoming atmosphere, prompt and attentive service, and great food.

Not the Chili's I remember. The menu is too convoluted to read, the choices are scarce and the food was disappointing. I used to love Chili's, sad. The place needs a good cleaning as well. The waitress asked if my steak was cooked correctly when it was brought to the table, ha, hard to tell when the steak was 2/3" thick. Never going back there again. It was our anniversary dinner ? we should have left like others did. I'm giving it 2 stars because the workers were doing a good job, otherwise it would be one star.

Went in to celebrate some good news with the while family. Service was quick and polite. Only issue was that I ordered the most expensive steak and it tasted like a cheap porkchop with butter on it. Was hoping for better for the price I paid.

A very busy restaurant. Waitress was stressed and in unfriendly hurry. Sat us by the bar but would have enjoyed the seating in a booth far away from the crowd. Food finally served. Hamburger was excellent but the margaritas chicken was hidden in a plate of beans. It would have been much better in rice and way less beans.
