Why is the salt so inconsistent???Either you get fries that are dunked insult or they are naked. Most of the time it seems as if you’re getting a large order of salt with some fries. I have been hesitant to post this review, but after months and even complaining to the phone number for this location they obviously have other priorities than customer feedback.
They forgot a few things but were quick to fix it. I'd still go there. Food was hot. Manager Jennifer is amazing.
Been going there for six years and have never had a bad meal, hardly ever have gotten the wrong thing. Excellent service every time.
Went through the drive through and the attendant ordered the wrong sandwich for my husband, my 12 PC was paid for but not in the bag.However, when I called in I did get a coupon for the misordered/missing items
Milkshakes were really good. We got cookies and cream, strawberry and chocolate. The breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich was kinda dry. The wait wasn't that long. The lady that took our order was very patient and helpful with letting us know it might be a few minutes for the chicken sandwich.
If you're not ordering from the app, you're doing it wrong. I always get all my cheeses, deluxes, sauces, chikenz, and fries correct when I do it in the app. Plus you get free food. I've already gotten a few free items from this location after only a few trips. Chick-fil-a is so delicious, fresh, and moderately priced.I would come more, but they aren't open on Sundays and spend their revenue on bad faith actors (politicians and a certain political party) and gay conversion therapy, among other things I don't agree with. Their food is good though.
Chicken was juicy. No denying that. But very flavorful. We ordered in and got served like we were taking it to go. Prices are high. Fries were bland. No ketchup and you have guess how many packets of mustard/mayo you need. Soda refills have to go thru the register and if there's a libe forget it.
I was just there a few minutes ago and you guys forgot my mayonnaise and my bread was burnt and you forgot my child’s 5 pc nuggets and I repeated my self at least 4 times. I’m disappointed cuz this was our dinner and I live too far to go back. So I had to eat my food even tho it was burnt and I had to share with my child cuz he didn’t get his food! I tried calling but could not get through!
Arguably the most miserable, unwelcoming and rude individual working the drive through window today. No welcome, no smile, no thank you but rather snark and rude remarks. Not only is that downright unacceptable but the manager standing directly behind him said not a thing. Our family is just one customer but you will continue to lose patrons by treating people the way you do. We will never return.
This is the slowest Chik Fil A I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in three different states. What have they not figured out that every other location has? Just doesn’t make sense. Also, breakfast time is the worst of the worst time to go.
