The Burger King on the East end of Florence Blvd. The employees need a lot of training in customer service. The one employee who's name was Patrick(after arguing with a customer)made the loud statement that he really didn't need this job. This was after he put some fries in a bag, and when the customer refused to take them, Patrick reaches back in the bag and dumps them right back in the bin. More training is needed Pronto!
This is two for two of not getting my order done correctly in a three month term.Weather it’s the employee taking the orders through drive-through. Or the individual passing out the food. Overall horrible experience unfortunately. I hope this post is recognized as a training opportunity for all employees at this location.
Asked for fresh food, had us pull around to wait. A minute later our food comes out, barely warm so definitely not fresh. Always have an issue there.
Food was good service was amazing. Loved the girls that were up there today. Ordered enough to feed a small army and they still had the food out to our car in under 5 minutes.
They acted like they didn't want to give back my wifes credit card and would not give us a receipt, we asked three times and three times she says it won't come out so I can't give it to you.. the food was cold and awful and our order was wrong. Very slow and long wait at the drive thru. Is you go to this location you will leave promising yourself that you will never come back again. The best thing about this burger king is it's location which is next to the highway so you can go somewhere else!!
Waited almost 15 minutes while they got the drive thru orders out. My sandwich, Nuggets and fries were in the heating tray, I could see them, but my order was ignored. Terrible service. Fries were hot, nuggets cold sandwich was cold. Overall, not a very good experience.
Super slow drive thru took 25 min to get food while they had like 6 workers. One stood there texting on her phone super professional. Other location has way better customer service and faster .
Save yourself the headache and indisposition that the food will cause you.The hamburgers tastes old and was very dry. That was a pity of a hamburger.Gave me really bad heartburn for hours!In the drive thru the cashier took my card to pay and never gave it back until I asked for it. Super shady and I’m not taking any risks and cancelled the card with my bank.This location should be ashamed of the food and service provided.Please hire competently GM asap!!!
We we t throu6drive through my friends ordered for their families kids. That were at home sick and couldn't go put, this was their big wish for a treat. It was fast service, The young lady was very professional, friendly and compliant with covid policies. O can't say anything about the food as I'm not really a fast food person and didn't consume anything! Apparently their family loves it as they're frequent flyers! I'm guessing that is because it's good by fast food standards.
Dry food but nice experience with cashier but took for ever to get through the drive thru. Took me over half an hour to get through it at a time it should have been faster. I understand that they closed at 11 pm but I got there at 10:20pm and didn't actually get my food till after 11. Need to step it up on speed. I worked at McDonald's and this would have never stood
