Wonderful experience! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time here and they explained with the wings when you order the higher quantities you can choose more sauces (I didn't see that listed on the menu so I'm glad they explained it). There were a few sauces I was interested in and they brought samples of them to taste before ordering so we were sure we got flavors we liked! We also got a smoked brisket burger to split and it was delicious!Buffalo Wild Wings, you're my new favorite place to eat in Casa Grande.Took off a star because the music was really loud.
Service was good, food was great, customers eeeh. Can't do anything about it. But needs to be said. You go on a Saturday night with kids. There's going to be a little rough house conversation between tables. single people out at a bar.. move. Like I said though.. staff seem cool. Just entitlement, of people. Freedom of speech isn't limited, when you serve drinks. If your going for a time out with kids. Probably shouldn't go to a sports bar for wings you can air-fry.
I ordered wings for carry out and on the drive home, I couldn’t resist and grabbed one out of the box! It was the wrong sauce and I have an allergy to the jerk sauce! Had an allergic reaction and had to use my Epi pen. I called the location and talked to the manager Cheyenne. She was wonderful. Very sympathetic to my situation and offered to replace the order. They not only replaced the whole order, but increased the quantity. She was very professional and I appreciate that. I offered to bring back the first order and she said they can’t take them back. I gave them to a homeless man because I didn’t want to just throw them away. Thank You for making it right! And even though I got a bad reaction, I will continue to be a patron because they treated me with respect
This Buffalo wild wings was an extremely clean restaurant. The food was on point, and delicious. Service was good and fast. Good atmosphere for people who like to watch the games.
Wait time was nil. Our server was very attentive all our orders came out perfect. I had the 2 for 1 cheeseburger special that was one the best hamburgers I ever had cooked to perfection. The whole restaurant atmosphere was serene enjoyed myself a lot will come back again soon ..the restaurant was very tidy the restrooms were super clean a nice place to have lunch with friends
This is my husbands #1 place to go to. So it was his birthday and my son has been asking the waitress to sing happy birthday to my husband. So we were done eating and at the end she says she couldn’t sing to him (or give him dessert) because she had a party of 20 to attend to. Who does that?!?
I’ve been to the CG location a number of times over the last 4 years and I have to say every time I’ve been disappointed. Why is food served on cold metal trays? This I’ve realized makes the food get cold quick. Mixed up to-go orders, small amount of french fries to go a large burger, it just seems this location just does the bare minimum.
Seven of our family went to celebrate my grandson's first concert. Very busy, but friendly staff. Burgers were big and good. The wings were good. Lots of sauce and dry rub choices. Got fried pickles too.
The food seemed to take longer than it should have to be served. When it was served, the server did not ask us if we needed anything. Our table did not have ketchup and since our waitress did not come back, we took ketchup from another table. She did not ask us if we needed refills, we had to ask, when we asked for our check as she walked by. Not very attentive to me and my wife. Asked if they honored military discount and she said they did, gave a dirty look as she turned to get the new check. Asked to used a giftcard, she was not competent in how to use it. While trying to speak with her, she walks away before we finish. Totally disrespectful!! Total disaster at this place today!!
Coliflower wings !!! I had the opportunity to taste the coliflower wings from this place and those are amazing, you can ask for those wings same as a normal chicken wings and select all types of sauces in the last two months I went 3 times ! twice in chandler and one time in casa grande and I love it ? very nice option for vegetarian that are looking for something else, the place is really good also you can sit inside or in patio in some restaurants ? very good service and attention, the prices are a little but high but is ok for the quality.
