First of all .. when I picked up the pizza it was made incorrectly and they asked me if I would except the pizza if they put the topping on top of the cooked pizza.. $16.00???? not acceptable.. they remade the pizza... got home and it was terrible!! Watery .. soggy..And under baked.. yuck!!Never again Barro's!!!
Menus
This was my very first visit to the restaurant. Started nice with a salad. But a third of the way into my salad they came out said they only had enough spaghetti for a kids meal. Terrible customer service on that. They should have known that and taken it off the menu when I ordered. I came here starving for spaghetti. They refunded the spaghetti, but I then cancelled my pizza order for the screw up that shouldn't have happened.
This place jacks up my order every time anymore. Doesn't matter if we dine in or do delivery. We go in and we get half our order and other half comes thirty minutes later. Another time I had to get a refund on our salads because they forgot to bring them to us. The other day they brought us our delivery all jacked up had to wait an additional 40 minutes after they were already late. Customer service is poor. Its just old at this point.
We know there are plenty of places to get good pizza, but not all are great. Barro's has (mostly) great pizza: lots of cheese, good crust, and good fixings. And I would have given 5 stars except the chicken barbecue pizza wasn't very good; burnt topping and the barbecue sauce was not that flavorful. It's usually my wife's favorite, but she was disappointed too. But the other pizzas I've had there are outstanding.Recommended

Barrro's Pizza is a welcome break from "Big Chain Routine". The people at the Casa Grande (Pinal Ave) location are always friendly and quick. Each time I go in, they let me know how long I should expect to wait for my order. Each time they exceed that expectation. Good food, Good service, Friendly staff, a win all the way around.
Our first visit to Barro's Pizza, and the pizza is amazing, it came out just the way we ordered it, amazingly delicious. The staff at the registers was nice, the delivery of the pizza could really be worked on, no smile very shy and didn't really ask if we needed anything else. But, the 5 stars is for the PIZZA, it was so good and the crust was great thin and crunchy, but not too crunchy and wow it was so good!!!!!!
The food was good but the people at the counter were not very helpful. The menu on the wall was very hard to read. It would be nice if you had a couple paper menus people could look at. Or they could have suggested that we look at the online menu so we could see it better.

The pizza is one of the best in town and the Barro's Special can’t be beat! Great prices and friendly employees not to mention fast service. It’s hard to go wrong here if you are looking for some great and easily to customize pizza!
