I generally like Wendys, but this locatoion is really not good. Every time I have ordered a diet coke the carbonation and syrup ratio is off. The soda is undrinkable. Today I ordered ghost ranch and when I opened my bag, found honey mustard. Which to add insult to injury, I asked for no mustard on my burger as I cant stand mustard flavor. The male manager handing me my food, never responded to my greeting or when I said thanks.
First time there, it was a nice time. The online app for them was a bit strange but you can order inside as well.
If I could give 0 stars, I would, they earned it. We rarely eat fast food. My wife was working last night and we didn't really feel like cooking so she stopped by Wendy's and bought three 4 for $4. The bacon Jr cheeseburger/chicken sandwich, chicken nugget things, fries, and a soda. The fries were ok. The chicken nuggets were so bland, the I ate half of one, gave the rest to my dogs. I would imagine the paper bag would have tasted the same or better. The chicken sandwich wasn't any better than the nuggets, except had mayo. The bacon Jr was ok, pretty much as expected, not good, not bad, just eh. I will NEVER eat there again. I ended up making dinner anyway. We bought 3 of those 4 for four, so basically I paid $12 plus tax for 3 small sodas and dog food.Also if using a debit card, make sure you get it back. My wife actually had to ask for her debit card back. If a manager actually cares, this was about 10pm on Friday, March 25th 2022. You really need to improve this place.
Great location in Bullhead City, AZ.Christian was great offered menu suggestions, took my order.. cooked in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Restrooms were very clean ( Surprise) ...usually they are not BUT kudos to Wendy's for that. Dave would be PROUD ?WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ???
First time at this Wendy’s and it is fantastic. Food is fresh, employees are friendly. Seems like a well oiled machine. My new go to for fast food in BHC.
Got inside with only one person in line. The cashier and that customer had a five minute conversation about who knows what. When that customer finally stepped away, so did the cashier. The cashier looked at me several times during her conversation with the other customer, and then didn't even acknowledge that I was there.I walked out the door. There's a Jack up the hill, a McDonald's down the street. I'll go to somewhere, where they want my business.
Fast and friendly. Food was freshly cooked and my order had no mistakes. Best Wendy's I've been to.

The new Biscuit bacon or sausage egg sandwich is really good!!! And it was only $1.00. I hope they offer it after promotion is done. Their biscuits are so good.
Food is good, app socks. Never works with the offers.
