It's been so much better then it was about 3 years ago. The staff have all been pleasant and food has been prompt and good.
You should be ashamed of the food you served at 11:30pm last night. Crunch tacos no cheese is what I ordered. I got stale shells, a teaspoon of meat stuffed with so much lettuce. Everything was barely room temperature.
Staff was amazing! I asked for my order to have a couple items removed and not only did they triple check with me that my order was right, they also made sure to mark the wrapping and the box. Literally put me in tears because this kind of thing never happens. Made my day.
Usually pretty good.. they never get the quesadilla cut all the way.
I love taco bell. It's full of greasy gooey goodness.

The Taco Bell app we used to order yesterday the Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito (Not the hot ones) But that's what we found when we got home, so I called and talk to Miranda and she said that they are getting this from other customers. She said to come n and they would give us our original order when I asked about the price she said we already paid. She seemed to have the training and knowledge of a manager like Ben does who we told about it today. We have always loved Taco Bell. But after having the pleasure of being served by your two employees Miranda and Ben we will be posting it online so others will know what a great place the Marine Blvd Taco Bell is. Place my order at the kiosk. Ordered a party pack with a midnight berry freeze. Waited about 10 minutes. Had to go back for my midnight berry freeze. Got home and was missing my inferno and mild hot sauce which I had added to the order. I live 3 minutes from this location. While I was there at 7pm I noticed they were already breaking down the kitchen for the night (there open till midnight) got home and all my food was cold due to sitting out and not under warmers because of the early break down of the kitchen, Not acceptable!
Slow service! Expensive food! Poor quality food! Don't recommend eating here!
