I was ecstatic to find a Sonic in Bullhead City. The food is always hot , yummy and their drinks are always ice cold when you need ice cold.The service is always quick with a smile and any problems the car hops take care of it ASAP so if you're near a Sonic go there now!
Ordered online ahead of time. When we arrived, the app didnt allow us to log in at the order station. An employee was quick to be out and help and order filled and ready.
Always great slushy and for can be good too.Wish they'd bring back the Watermelon flavor though!
Sonic in Bullhead City, thought I'd give this brand another try. And they nailed it. I'm very satisfied with this trip, same brand different location, different state.
Terrible!! I would NEVER go back. The food was plain & basic & the server for 2 out of 3 orders wrong. Sonic used to have decent food, but not anymore sadly.
An unexpected disappointment!Order a classic sonic burger, chili wrap, corn dog, and onion rings. Wanted a shake but was told that they were out of ice cream, asked for extra ketchup, was told again they were completely out. So, for our drink replacement, we settled for a soda and strawberry lemonade.When the food arrived, the hamburger was overcooked, onion rings were cold, soda flat, and the lemonade was original, not strawberry.Being out of product is currently the norm, unfortunately.But, having cold food or overcooked food is not normal, nor should it ever be acceptable.The closest restaurant to me is an hour from my home; I except fresh hot food.
I could give zero stars if I could. I really didn't appreciate the man with the attitude working today. He got an attitude about us going to the stall to order. So we went to the drive thru speaker as HE DEMANDED we do. He then DEMANDED CARD only NO CASH. We were okay with paying cash anyway.. Ordered two Route 44 drinks, one normal cherry limeade and one DIET cherry limeade. I'm not sure why but the DIET cherry limeade seemed to set him off and he got a massive attitude about it. We drove away and spent our CASH elsewhere. I filed a complaint against this location because of this man's demanding attitude. Bad day or not, that's no reason to talk to customers who were nice from the get go and willing to accommodate. This was the BULLHEAD CITY AZ location.
Give or take it. My order has not been correct out of 3 visits. I just rake stuff off and forget about it. We decided to start going to in n out on NV side.
It was just over $27 for 2 hamburgers meals, 1 kids meal and a small order of popcorn chicken. The burger patties were falling apart and the fries were stale. Definitely not worth $27. The blue raspberry slushy was good.
Ordered a double cheeseburger with chili sauce and bacon w/o veggies on doordash. order arrived 45 minutes late and cold. To top it off i did not recieve bacon or chili sauce( which i was charged for)but they sure remembered the veggies i asked to be removed
