Ordered online, processed payment, 15 minutes later get an email that the store cancelled my order... No phone call, no explanation. Absolutely terrible customer service.
As other Pizza Chains are cutting quality and raising prices across town. Our Bullhead City AZ Papa John's continues to provide consistency in serving quality food items; in an affordable pricing range for us working middle class residents. The delivery is always Fast with our food arriving Hot and Delicious. This is always true no matter when I order. I found out even on this busy Super Bowl Sunday the delivery and quality was still consistent with the service I've been given over the last 3 years. Our Heart Shaped Pizza thrilled the kids. I tried a Philly Papadia and was very pleased with the flavor and portions of meat. In a separate order my daughter ordered the BBQ Chicken Papadia. Both are very tasty and the price is under $9. We also ordered a very yummy 9 piece Chocolate Chip Brownie. It is delivered perfectly warm. A fantastic addition for our Ice Cream Bowls later tonight. Thank You Papa John's Crew for feeding our faces ❤

I have not had Papa John's for over 5 years because as pizza and being a chef I personally thought it was sub par, too greasy and just not as tasty as several other pizza chains. I tried it again today, different city different state. Still not tasty.
Love their pizza, but I have to say that I found a new favorite with them. Their new bacon stuffed crush has won me over.

How are you going to have people who don't speak decent English it took 40 minutes to order a large supreme pizza I am truly guessing if I'll ever order again via phone first last and date of birth what is this stuff? Do you think your the police?
