Absolutely the worst food and terrible service, if i had not been watching she would not have put my chicken in my order
I really like the Panda Express on Hwy 95 near Sams. I use the drive through. Food is always hot and service is unbelievably fast.
A bit low staffed sometimes but the few employees they have really put in the work to make sure everyone get the correct order as fast as possible with great customer service
I have been getting takeout from this location for the last year and Maddy is always sweet, professional, amazing!She should definitely be recognized for her amazing customer service!
Ordered water bottle with meal. Girl forgot to give it to me…so, had to go thru drive thru a second time and little snotty girl tossed it to me. No sorry, have a nice day…nothing. Help at this store needs more training!
Unfortunately this is becoming a trend ,every trip through the drive thru , i remind them "please don't forget the sauces or the fortune cookies". And every trip they forget one or all of them . 2 weeks ago one of the young girls lied to me when I asked her why they were out of chicken every day ,she said there was a chicken shortage at all of their stores. they were only giving small amounts to every store . Found out later the grill was broken. thats all it wasThis store needs to get it together !!
Im always so hesitant to come here because something bad always happens. They just dont care.. first they make you go wait in a parked spot which is so annoying. Then you ask for half and half and they only give you like a spoon of rice, the rest chow mein. Thats not half and half... they give you no fortune cookies or soy sauce. I'm surprised it was hot this time because usually its cold.. the service just makes it all worse too. Horrible experience every time.
Walked in about 3:45 and was immediately takenn back, because there were only two options of entrees and they looked old .. was told a ten minute wait. But literally there was nothing ready to serve besides shrimp and some chicken dish.. kinda bummed out
Rude Personal, bad or better HORRIBLE service. I felt like we owe them something. Got 3 bowls 2 with shrimp and 1 with Broccoli&meat. The bowls were half way full.Cheap, one of the worst Panda I ever been.
Horrible Horrible service and food. My order was small just 2 bowls and anappetizer they didn't even put the sauce in the bag for the egg roll and 1 meal was Teriyaki chicken and NO SAUCE was given for that either. With this pandemic the service has become so bad it's ridiculous and people are so lazy they won't even do the job they are paid to do. SO IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD Then by all means waste your money there because that's exactly what you'll get
