Wish I would have found this place sooner!!! Service, and food was incredible. The bread was hot. Salad was awesome and we loved the small diced tomatoes in it. Steak was perfect and loved the garlic butter on top.
Brooke was a fantastic hostess/server. The food was delicious. It was a great birthday dinner for my hubby. I had the shrimp cocktail. We both had sirloin with baked potato. I added shrimp to my plate.
I will have to try my Mohave steakhouse again. we had a a large party on Sunday afternoon. Something was going on with The drink machine and most of the drinks were returned about three times.The waitresses worked diligently to try to help.I ordered a French dip sandwich it was a good sandwich I think I should’ve ordered a steak next time I will. Great service very friendly place I have heard the food is excellent.We set it a long table facing the door I noticed out of the windows there was a beautiful view of the mountains.
We were referred to this place and we can't say enough about how good everything was. Definitely worth the visit if you're in town. Great service, good bread, amazing steaks, it's a win win at this place. Worth every penny.
Asked the staff member what their favorite dish was.So I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, salad, and a good of house Merlot $55. So worth it! The thick cut stretch melted like butter and had a flavorful crust when ordered medium-rare.Why I didn't give 5⭐:They forgot the mushrooms I ordered as an add on to my steak and when asked a waiter went to the kitchen and came out giving then to me nearly raw. Was ok because I like mushrooms, but not at all the sauteed mushroom flavor.Also was over halfway done with my meal when my wine came out. Only because I stopped eating and wanted to wait for my wine to arrive.Sat at the bar for dinner on Friday night.
Always enjoy Mohave Steakhouse! The steak tacos and fish tacos in the bar are fantastic! Been coming here for many many years and have never had bad service or bad food. Love it!
Well we had a large party understandably it could be a little longer sometime. But really folks two and a half hours cold food and definitely not a $38 steak. I heard that in the past the place was pretty good. Maybe they need to just reboot because it wasn't even pretty good
This restaurant really has some mixed reviews, however we decided to try it for my husband's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with a very good experience. We made a reservation for a Tuesday evening at 6:30PM. We had read reviews and the reservation confirmation also states they do not guarantee that you will be seated at your reservation time. However, we were promptly seated in a nice booth. The staff was very attentive and all seemed to help each other out. We asked for a wine list and were pleasantly surprised with the good selections and reasonable prices. Their steaks are on the pricy side, however ours was extremely tasty. We both ordered the flat iron and were glad we did. Each entree comes with your choice of a cup of soup or a salad and a side. We thought this was very nice since you were paying a good amount, however the steaks were not ala carte. Our food was delicious and the service very good. I would highly recommend if you are in the area if you are looking for a very good steak.
My wife and I were here tonight, for five minutes we were not attended to. The white folks that we came in together a father and son were given the menu and we left as unhappy black couple. We only came to RedDeer as a getaway from our busy Calgary lives, sour taste in our mouths.They deserve no star at all.
We visited just after Valentine’s Day. My husband and I ordered of the senior’s menu. He wanted the 6oz steak, I ordered the BBQ chicken which came with soup or salad and 1 choice of side. My husband didn’t want soup or salad and asked if he could substitute them for grilled onion and mushrooms, with a baked potato as his side.. the server said yes. We had a long …long…wait for our dinner. (Note, I’m diabetic and had not eaten since breakfast) Finally our meal arrived as ordered. His dinner was good, my BBQ chicken was way over cooked!!! It was like chicken jerky (terrible) and really salty. It took so long to get it ..I didn’t want to complain to have it redone. So I ate half. We were going to get desert but she brought the ticket instead, like they were trying to rush us out. When I looked over the ticket, all the prices were more than what was on the menu! What? And she had charged us for the onions and mushrooms. When we inquired about the extra charge she said that’s the price sorry! We went back and forth about the onions and mushrooms with just a sorry! He could have had soup had the server not said he could substitute! She got a tip .. minus the cost of the mushrooms and onions. Way overpriced! Don’t Go
