Went about 3 in the afternoon. Wife and were anxious to eat there because we wanted fish and it was a long time that we have eaten and at a LJS. Ordered and waited and waited. There was on 5 tables(including ours), of which 3 tables had their food. After 21 minutes I asked for a refund. No apologies, only excuse for the long wait. It might not have been so bad is some would have come to us and explain the wait. Most of the time the people behind counter were standing around.
Food was what is expected, but they are so short staffed that I waited 20+ minutes for food.
Friendly staff and very clean but food came out way too fast to be fresh. I wasn't even able toneven fill my soda before my name was called .I'm pretty sure if I came inside, I'm willing to wait the few minutes it takes to deep fry some fish and chicken. It still tasted okay, just kind of greasy from sitting in a hot box or under a heat lamp .

We were craving Long John Silvers Fish so we went last Sunday Jan 2nd 2022 at about 5:00 p.m. It's 25 miles one way in Bullhead City, Az. We ordered our fish but then were told that they were out of tartar sauce and they SHOULD have some tomorrow. We are here now and can't come back tomorrow. I offered to go to Sam's Club right behind them to pick up a gallon for them so other customers would have it also but she declined my offer. We ended up leaving without eating and drove the 25 miles back home. Wouldn't great customer service prompt them to purchase the tartar sauce at Sam's Club? That would insure that other customers would have it for their meal too and they would keep us happy too. We are very disappointed and won't be going back for a while. I sent Corporate an email but no response so far. Thank you.
Food was hot and okay. The inside needed to be cleaned up a bit. They where short staffed and management was lacking bad. A long wait time time but staff was nice and apologized. Order was accurate.
This is by far the worst place I have eaten..take it back couldn't eat..order long johns..the fish and chicken combo..meat was so old and tough..needed to change grease..dont go there
I didn't get utensils or napkins. The edges of the fish in the batter are dry, but so is everything else in the desert.
