Stopped in late at night and felt bad because we had a big order and had to go throw the drive thru. Our order was almost $60 and when we first got our food, we checked to make sure everything was there. It was not. Went back thru to the window and told him. He accommodated us by giving us the fries that were not there plus 2 tacos that had probably been sitting quite awhile. After we left we noticed we still did not have our whole order. We were missing an order of popcorn chicken and loaded fries. I suggest having more staff working or at least have them double check the order before giving it out. I won't go back!
Friendly and help full service. Our family of 3 went for late lunch. All the food was hot and fresh. Ate inside and dining room was clean and half full. One negative, the soda machine, ran out of ice while there. They were plenty helpful to get us ice from the back. Great visit
I used to love Jack in the Box and I order the same meal everytime. But I've been reluctant to return after the last THREE orders my food was cold, old, and hard, like I can't even bite my curly fry hard. On top of that the wait is always 15 to 20 minutes... for crusty food? Tacos seep grease through the packaging as well ?

This place is terrible I’ve had my food messed up multiple times so when I ordered I made sure I explained to the lady at the window exactly what I wanted, I waited for my food and when I got home all of my food was messed up when I came back to get my order remade the guy at the window was cussing quietly and was very disrespectful, when I got my food again I checked it in the parking lot and it was wrong again I wanted my money back but i didn’t want to have to deal with there stupidity again so I left. I used to work here and their food didn’t feel right to serve they didn’t care about hold times and served very old food. This place is terrible!
Great place to get food, but the quickness isn't all there. A bit disorganized. Food takes too long to come out. Have to order from app and hope it's ready when you get there. The staff is friendly though and the place is clean.
As usual they were great. I just can't get enough of tacos Some times I order 8 or 12 of those baby I never get enough Wait I do have a negative. I just by chance seen on the window 2 hamburger for a. 5 spot i thought that was winningWell I order and I received my orderAs I was walking to my car I peek in what a let down The hamburger we're the size of breakfast jackNever order anything but tacos
I miss the ciabatta... Burger but their Sourdough Jack was pretty good. And the fries were fresh!
If I could give this horrible place a 0 star I would I ordered one thing I didn't change anything and u stil messed it up hair people that don't get high on the job and put the food together right I'm so upset after 12 hours of traveling I wanted one meal to be good and still u mess up never again also number to the store is busy all the time and u can't get ahold of anyone fix your store now!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible
They completely ignore you when you go inside to order to the point they actually ghost you. Then when you forget that the person you went there for doesn't like lettuce because they took so long to take your order it completely ruins your day over tacos because the person you bought them for needs everything perfect and completely hates lettuce which you can't pick out of the tacos. To top it off I told them no lettuce before I grabbed them and the manager corrected it but then another employee who was not paying attention but showed up finally out of nowhere handed the same bag or tacos with lettuce back to me. Didn't figure it out till ms.perfect tacos opens them up to tell me my taco run was for nothing.
