Not sure why it took over 40 minutes to get food. Coffee took forever also.. shortly after opening about 3 tables had menus about 3 had been waiting for food. One table got there food they stood up and walked out. I know when we got are food my eggs were kind of cool. About 4 employee's on the floor. April 4/30/2022. Saturday we were there in town for Bullhead city motorcycle rally. That was a bust also. What happen?
Worst breakfast ever! Pancakes were cold and hard, I asked for over medium eggs they came runny, my hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp. I'm being generous with 2 stars because the coffee was good and so was the waitress. Won't be eating there for a long while.
Well this place used to be very slow and dirty and after 2 years of not going its slower and dirtier! Can't rate the food because we never got served...5 tables, at least 4 wait staff and 20 minutes with no attention to take our order. Left, went to chili's and got real customer service and guess what else... food! Order placed and first appetizer within 5 minutes
If there was a lower rating I would give it. Our 1st clue that things were going to be less than normal was we were told there was a 10 minute wait. No problem, but I noticed half the tables were empty (hmmm). In we go and sit and order. Two Senior BLTs, two side salads, a coffee and a tomato juice. Coffee and juice came right away so false sense of security. The reason the tables were empty was because they weren't bussed. Our salads came and the lettuce was a few days old, but we're not complainers. 30 minutes later I finally asked about our BLTs. The server said she would check on it (I know, we should of left). BLTs arrive 15 minutes later and we discover there is no T in the BLT. We call the server over and point this out. She says they have no tomatoes. At this point we finally say enough. Just bring our bill for what we had and we'll be on our way (yes, we wanted to at least pay for the coffee, juice and 2 side salads). Off she goes and comes back with the BLTs with dried tomatoes on them (The look on or faces told it all). She brings a bill that is at least $10.00 more then what we actually had and says she did us a favor. This is the 2nd restaurant in 40 years that we walked out of without paying. There were a couple of other tables that left too. Do not go to IHOP in Bullhead City.
Went to lunch with a friend. We ended up having Steak and eggs. Steak was what I expected thin but cooked like I ordered, eggs perfect, hashbrowns browned and the pancakes were very good. Our waitress Sam, short for Samantha was very courteous, friendly and prompt ??Restaurant was clean all in all a very pleasant experience.
No one never came to assist me after being seated for about 30min wait. I left to go home and make my own IHOP. Blessed their hearts I think they're understaffed! Lord have mercy on us.
This place sucks . Waited 20 minutes for a table. The place was half empty by the way. When we got to the table then ordered breakfast and waited for half an hour while everyone else got taken care of, meanwhile the waitress who was avoiding us finally came over to say they made the order wrong and had to redo it. We left and will never come back
We decided to go eat some breakfast / lunch so we decided on IHOP and boy was it disappointing from the start. We sat down and ordered drinks and they were out of Pepsi then when we decided on what we were going to eat I ordered a Buffalo Chicken melt and was informed they had no Buffalo sauce then ordered onion rings and was told they were out. Then when my food came it had a onion ring on the burger so we asked how they were out and there was one in my food and was told they saved enough just for those burgers. Before that we waited about 45 minutes for the food to come and keep in mind the restaurant was nearly empty and after we received the food my wife’s big steak omelette came out way over cooked, places were burnt and not edible at all. The waitressSamantha/94 was very rude and put our food down and left, we had no silverware and was not asked if we needed any salsa or anything else. We had to ask another employee for silverware. It was the worst experience at IHOP ever and will never return.
We ordered our food and drinks. The drinks did not come until almost 10 minutes later. Food order took 20 minutes to get. The food order was completely mixed up. Some items we did not get. My order was completely messed up. When I did get my order the portions was very small and was very greasy. My wife asked to talk to the manager when we paid.she waited and they never showed up. We left and will never go to another ihop
