I have lived here for a few years now and finally decided to try out Dominos bcuz it’s close to home and I will say I was so disappointed and wish I never spent that kind of money on such a horrible meal and will never go back. I never leave negative comments on sites not worth the time but this was such a rip off and horrible meal I felt they deserved this for ripping people off this way it was so bad and cost so much and will never make that mistake again. Wish I didn’t even have to give them 1 star but had to get on this part to make a comment
Teresa the manager is very rude and hostile. She called and said my delivery address was “sketchy” and she’s not having her driver go to my delivery address even though the pizza was already paid for online. She canceled my order. She raised her voice for no reason. Also my reward points were taken and not refunded. New management is needed at this location
Dominos never lets me down. Great food and fast delivery. A+
Normally I absolutely love dominoes but this time I did carry out through the window and was trying to track it and never once did it told me to come pick it up it just said quality check almost 30 minutes later I had to actually physically go down there and asked for my pizza and it was already cold when I came home unfortunately it was Burnt ? still willing to go back because I still prefer them over Pizza Hut

The drivers are friendly and courteous. It's the product that falls short. I always order small thin crust and 8 wings. I have to heat my oven when I order to finish cooking it when it arrives. Thin yes, crispy no. Pale and undercooked. I know the wings are baked not fried but they come out flabby. The only time I ever got a crispy pizza and "done" wings was a weekday when I ordered at 10pm. Once I tried the "well done" option; it came burnt. Is there no training or timers for the cooks? One of the most egregious deliveries was one that took only a few minutes to cook, 15 minutes to "quality check" (I assume sitting on a counter), and then the delivery took the entire length of the previous steps and the update said it might be delayed due to a nearby delivery. It seemed as though they rushed mine then let it wait for someone else's to be added to the delivery route. Came underdone and lukewarm to boot! I only order from Dominoes because it's closer than Pizza Hut and Papa John's but a frozen pizza from Walmart is often preferable and much less expensive. My little order is at least $30 by the time I pay the bogus "delivery" fee and tip the driver 20% (my standard), even when I have a delivery made to a relative in the east. Try that "quality control" BHC Dominoes!!!

Every single time we order from this Dominos the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The delivery incredibly fast, the drivers always so friendly. Bullhead City is lucky this business owner runs his establishment with the integrity and service he appears dedicated to.
