This place is a bit or miss type thing!! One day the food is excellent the next time is is horrible. Wish they had consistency! I ordered a tostada on Friday and there was literally 1/2 to 2 pound of beans with 3 prices of chicken and a bunch of avocado, of course as soon as I tried to pick it up it just was mushy and just crumbled. 2 weeks ago went to same restaurant and had some if the best burritos I've had in awhile!
The only reason I return is because I care for the flavor compared to taco bell, other than that every single order I placed within a short time frame had either missing items, wrong items, or extras in the bag I'd never ordered. Staff is visibly unhappy, don't even respond to a thank you.
Horrible experience, 4am and frozen chicken in my burrito is what I got. Missing half my order (2 for $5 burrito only got 1) Excuses that graveyard didn't show up. If you can't fix food right just close! Corporate has been sent email on this issue
It's been years since I ate at del ?special taco 3 for 2 something good but very small taco they should be 3 for less

Lunch here due to my hubby loves Del Taco. Always a hit or miss to find a good one. We had tacos. Little meat medium on lettuce and half taco was cheese. Think a bag of it went to our trash. One big waist. They did not give us but 3 sauces for 6 tacos. Not busy the only we where the customer's think it should of been 5 star with all the workers.
Stoner food if I knew any. The Cali burrito is my go to. I really miss this food as they don't have this chain back in San Antonio. The closest is Taco Cabana or El taco tote. Still Del taco is something I grew up on in California. Glad they have it out here. The workers here seem to be really involved in the community and greet locals like homies. Thanks for the good munchies.
I absolutely love the tacos! Probably the most filling tacos I've had. Especially when it comes to the meat. Good job del Taco!
I placed an app order at 3:40am not realizing the store was already closed but due to an app error it still went through but Senara and her excellent team went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Nothing but amazing people here.
My son and wife went to del taco last night after fishing all evening. He went to the bathroom to wash his hands before ordering. A worker walked out of the bathroom right before he went in and he proceeded to wash his hands and there was NO soap in the soap dispenser. NONE!!!THEY WALKED OUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM AND AN EMPLOYEE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS WITH SOAP BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK.THIS WAS AT 8:05PM LAST NIGHT. 12/11/2021
