It's been years since I've been here, it's amazing what actual good ice cream tastes like!
Customer service could use improvement on friendliness. The staff give off an ugly attitude.
I gave 2 stars because the service was great, however...I am concerned about the young blonde man tonight (didn’t have a name tag). Not only was he not even wearing a mask while handling people’s food, but my boyfriend and I witnessed him scratch himself twice during food prepping. And if that’s not enough concern, before we even left the parking lot, we saw him closing... Usually the time when they clean right? Well, I’m not sure if using your shirt to wipe off the counter counts...

the value and consistancy of servings and how well it is made has gone WAY down over the last year or so. you can do much better at sonic, Baskin Robbins or Thrify, for less. Coldstone isn't unique anymore and the others have better service
I'm sorry to say that this wasn't a very good experience. I don't go to Cold Stone very often. Just as a occasional treat. This time wasn't worth it. Seven dollars plus for a ice cream that was just ok. Server seemed to be in a hurry and was very fast making our ice cream. But it wasn't mixed very well and not as good as I would expect. I'll go to Baskin Robins next time.

Try it I like it you will like it too very nice people and the ice cream are creamery for sure you will love it .
