One of the better Chilis I've been to! The New Cilantro Lime Carne Asada is on point for sure!!!
It is always a great time. Good food and great service. We try to go there at least once a week for family night. They now have a little robot that can seat you and her name is Rita! Super fun wish I got a picture of her, the kids loved her. I will post a picture next time we go. Did I mention they have awesome margaritas? Yeah they are refreshing ? ? ? Price wise isn't too bad they do have a great kids menu. Very affordable.
Great food and attentive service. We were seated by Rita the Robot! This was my first experience with an automated robotic host, and I thought it was a very cool experience! We enjoyed the extra topic of conversation for our meal, which was reasonably priced for the current inflated economy. The place was at capacity when we arrived but the staff were prompt to clean and turn the tables as guests left. We only waited about a minute for Rita to show us to our table. Well done staff!
Unfortunately this place has gone downhill! Used to be really good just a few months ago.Now it's terrible!Cannot order any meats. But then again their chicken bites were terrible too. Way over microwaved or maybe just really old?Even their salads are nothing like they used to be.Chips and salsa tastes okay still but now they give you all broken up chips!?Female bartender needs replaced. Someone who works there should really try her drinks.And whomever devised this plan of having 4 different ppl wait on one table should be demoted if not let go. It is such a time waster, your in the process of getting your complete meal or any condiments through your meal rather then getting everything at once & enjoying it.Need to bring back a good manager....please.

My wife had a birthday promotion sent to her...When we went to use it they said we couldn't because they were a test restaurant.... ???What she chose was only a dollar more... but the food was not very good at all....She had the chicken fajitas and the portion was very small.The chicken also didn't taste very good.I had the chicken tenders and they were honestly very tough.When we said something to the manager she gave us molten cake for dessert for free.....Not a very good dinner for her birthday.
Food was cold like it was sitting for a will. We waited for 45 min to be seated and we were put in 2 different tables. When there was other party's that came in later and we're able to sit together.. I am disappointed
Went to our Bullhead city Chili's bar and grill. Guess they changed their menu yesterday, and not for the better. Dieter upped his drink to Beer for him and it said domestic draft.... all they sever is Bud light or Coor's light. So he wasn't to happy with just a light beer. Then would not honor the local High school's fundraising Card for a free dessert either. The food was ok the waitress was very nice once she noticed we were sitting there for about 20 Minutes.
Born and raised in a remote jungle in Africa and traveling across the United States, first time at this location. Good food and drinks at affordable prices and excellent customer service too. We chose this Chili's because the wait was much shorter than other restaurants on a Saturday night. I ordered a sirloin steak which was well prepared along with a salad and steamed broccoli. They allowed me to swap the sides so I was able to stay on my keto diet. Hubby had the bbq ribs which were tasty and meaty. Our dining companions had the shrimp tacos which were mediocre and the flour tortillas were too tough to eat. The fried pickles and Southwest egg whites were good. Liked the full bar.
