Normally enjoy Carl's. No thanks to an incredibly rude supposed night shift manager. As we pull into the drive through the worker greeted us and maybe 30 40 seconds later the manager hops in accusing us of ignoring the worker hardly allowing for any time to reply. And proceeding to argue over the horn telling us we are ignoring the poor girl who was initially trying to take our order. We ending up becoming so angry we sped out. Never been disrespected like that and never should have been. As a food industry worker I understand the stress it can bring but being an unruly employee to the customer over the drive through speaker when I just wanted to figure out what i wanted. I went for late night dinner left hungry and angry.

Always out of food. Was able to make only 5 types of hamburgers on the menu. Was told out of everything.
Person taking order didn't know what she was doing. After repeating three times, she finally got the order right. Had to wait for someone to bring it out. Checked bag before we left but then got home and order was wrong and fries were old and ice cold.
They cannot seem to get the ranch dressing to me. 3 different orders on different days and I never get it. The food is great though. Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and the Western Bacon Cheeseburger are at the top!
The cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a fastfood restaurant. The 3 person staff was friendly yet efficient, and still had time to keep the place clean.
Food was good, staff was pleasant and the bathrooms were clean.
sat in line for 30 minutes before we even reach the window. finally got to the window it took another 5 minutes to not even be greeted rather rudely told our total she walked over to the window with our food and took our money And when we asked the manger Julie why our total was very low for 3 burgers she rudely explained why. when my mother handed her the money she walked away with the money to the back of the kitchen leaving our food on the counter she then came back upfront and held our money to the light the gave us our change when we asked for a receipt she told us they were out of receipt paper. My mother asked for corporate number the girl said it’s on the window and slammed the window in our face. When she opens the window back up finally we asked again the manager proceeded to allow her employee to yell at us. They eventually gave us the receipt paper “they didn’t have” and ripping our receipt. we asked for the employees name that yelled she wouldn’t give it to us and told us no have a good day. Then she gave us the employees name is Christin and then told us to get out of her drive thru because we were holding up a line. Called us selfish and inconsiderate I will be getting ahold of the district manager
