I was greeted right awayVery pleasant girl just had to wait 15 minutes for my good other then that everything else was great.
The staff is nice they take a little but it's worth it the food is good your food gets out hit it's not cold it's just right
Ok Customer Service. Very Reasonable Prices on The Menu. Establishment and Bathrooms are Clean. Plenty of Parking. Quality of Food Sucks.
There was way too much sauce on our burgers; it was like drinking BBQ sauce out the bottle. Highly recommend asking for easy sauce or just get it on the side.

We went thru the drive-thru about noon on Saturday. We placed our order right away, paid right away & then were directed to the parking space to wait for our food. And wait...and wait some more. When we finally got our food, I was a little disappointed. My fries & chicken strips were almost cold. Why do they make you wait & then bring you cold food? My hubby thoroughly enjoyed his California Burger & my cold fries. Will I go back? I love their chicken strips, so yes. Do better, Carl's.
This place needs new management, new store owner, new something. This place has a messed up system of telling every car to pull up, up front. Then proceeds to skip peoples orders who’ve been waiting forever, I wonder why?? (I’m being sarcastic) no organization, food takes forever. Place is being ran into the ground and people of town are starting to know this. Hopefully something happens.
Food was delicious. The wait for the food was little longer expected... Has a great view of the Laughlin strip though!
I love the Carl's Jr next to home Depot, they always get my order right and also the workers are friendly and fast. I recommend this Carl's Jr over the Carl's Jr near fastrip any day!
Ok but coffee to expensive. Drink water from now on or bring our own coffee.
