Person packing the food packed it too much and could not close bag and when handed the bag it ripped. The fries were cold by the time I got home because the top of the bag could not be closed. They also made my burger wrong but it was eatable.
Love the menu. Still our favorite fast food!
Everything was good and service was great. Only one complaint I have is a special that was advertised on TV was for $5.00 was sold for $6.00 at this location.
Always good when we go. Easy to run thru and get food for the kids. We always get the rodeo cheese burger, fries chicken nuggets and jalapeño poppers. Yummy
I ordered onion rings which were cold soggy and had an after taste like they were cooked in old grease. I also ordered jalapeno cheese sticks I got cold soggy mozzarella sticks which were also cold and soggy with an aftertaste like old grease. The whopper was cold the lettuce wasn't fresh. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I was giving I another chance because I love Burger king. No More I ended up throwing the food away
Food is decent and wait times are fine . The customer service isn’t always that great .One of the employees I forget her name always has sort of an attitude. Definitely not something someone should have to deal with when ordering or picking up their food .

Very slow, and I saw several people complaining about there meal not being wrong, and having to wait so long to get their order, I think they had a lot of new people working there..
Your employees are very friendly! Service was fast.
Good quality and fresh at both the BHC and Fort Mo stores next texas king is real good but about $2 over priced
