Went to arbys in bullhead and I wanted to try the new wagyu steakhouse burger. Well I did and I was not happy with it. I was expecting the burger to be from the grill fresh soft and medium well and after I ordered the burger I seen the burger come out of the deep fryer. Why on earth would you deep-fry a wagyu burger? It was totally dried out nearly burnt.I wasted 8$ on the bacon ranch burger oh and the bacon was also like leather. Horrible. Yes I should have returned it but I was too hungry to wait for another deep fried burger only to get the same results. I won't get the burger again. Burgers need to be cooked on the grill not the deep frier.
I was just here for an interview and the hiring manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, I arrived for my interview on time and was late because i was waiting to speak with him and when he finally decided to take notice of me he asked my name and then proceeded to say with a smile on his face " you're late so i'm don't have time for an interview" and just walked away without giving me a chance to even speak. But i took notice that there were nothing but white workers in the establishment anyway so that could be why he was extremely rude and dismissed me like that. If you're going to discriminate against people that apply for the job don't put out applications! I would give this place zero stars if i could?
I thought 3 was a high score for fast food but I would give the woman that took our order a 5.. She represents your store and all your employees should be like her..
Customer service was probably the best customer service in the area. The food however was disappointing it was skimpy some parts were cold bread wasn't baked properly. Lot of improvement can be done when it comes to the cooking.
Their double diablo sandwich was about a 3/5 hotness but mostly didn't mix well.
Ordered the lamb gyros and they were delicious with a good price. But the Reuben market sandwich tasted ok but it was mainly bread and small of meat just in the middle. I paid more than $8.00 for bread so it definitely was not worth the price. I will return just won't order the Reuben.
Hadn't been to sm Arby's in years. It was delicious. We have actually returned twice since yummy
Forgot some of our order. Was willing to replace if we came back to store no compensation for there error and my time .. food and shake were good and they are polite.
All was good with the food other than all 10 sandwiches were smashed... I like me a fuffy bun. My kids didnt mind them flat though. So 4 stars for responding to my complaint. Please dont smash peoples food when there was no one else ordering. That was just rushed.
The lady through the drive-thru was so sweet. It's hard to find people and drive throughs that are nice. Great service.
