Paid 50 dollars for 30 wings, and large fries. Wife picked up the order, gets home and out of the 30 wings only 3 of them are flats. I did not pay extra for drums nor flats. I like drums, wife likes the flats, so we don't specifically ask for 1 or the other, but it should be and even amount of each. I called the store was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one picked the phone up.
This location has become, by far, one of the worse wingstops. This used to be my go to spot because it was close to or on the way home but the service gradually got worse over time. My order has been late the past few times ive gone but this last time took the cake. Ordered at 9:10pm on a Monday night and it said my order was going to be ready in 9-14 minutes. I did not get my food until 9:45pm! Even though there were 6 workers and the only other people there was a small family of 3 already eating. 5 of the workers were literally just standing around while one guy was literally doing everything which is why I believe my order was so late. Even though the food is decent, I think the negatives far outweigh the positive and strongly recommended getting your "fast" food somewhere more efficient.
Amateur hour. Who manages this place? They are so disorganized. Half of the staff is rude. The store is dirty. Be prepared to wait forever. Take that purple hair girl off the register. Shes terrible. Maybe give her a broom and mop instead. Someones needs to clean that place.
Wingstop itself is generally good place to eat but this particular location the service is awful. I've been here several times because its the closest location to where I currently live and the staff seem indifferent and the wings are not as good as other location. They don't know how to manage rush hour and seem to not care. Sorry I dont normally do terrible reviews unless I had a terrible experience and the handful of times I've came its been either manageable or terrible. Sorry not sorry.
Don't go in person. Order a delivery service if you want your food anytime before next year. I ordered on the app and arrived on time only to wait another 30 minutes just to get up to the counter to pick up my order which had been sitting in the back the entire time I was in line. They should really have someone at the counter to handle the pickup orders.
Ordered delivery from door dash and boneless wings were delicious. Atomic and Mango Habanero, love spicy wings with some flavor...even the fresh veggie sticks and superior tasting ranch dressing were good!
Wife and I had a great time eating a restaurant again. Like how it use to be no face cover no plastic dividers or any of the nonsense. It was nice to see a place with non of that. More place need to be like this one. Fr????dom. We love it
I love wingstop to death and probably order it once a week. Only complaint is that they sometimes miss small details of my order (like veggie sticks - carrots only) or don't put enough sauce on the wings.
It was way better than I expected although they were behind on orders so it took quite some time to get our food and were completely out of straws. I don't know how you can mess up an order for straws but okay ?♂️. The bone-in wings were more greasy than expected but the boneless wings were very good as were the French fries.
Pretty decent wings, good prices. I would say order early because when everything close around the area at 2200, this place gets super busy.
