Pull up to drive thru, over the intercom guy says drive thru is closed due to malfunction: but I’m more than welcome To come inside .I walk in and 4 people standing around , they take order no problem. How hard would it be to use regular register for your drive thru?Just confusing if you ask me . Makes Zero sense .
The worst service I've received at this Wendy's. No employee greeted me while I was waiting to order.There were no salad to order and the burgers I ordered were wrong after i told the cashier 2 times what i wanted to be added on them. Do not waste your time here.
Terrible customer service! No fries, no salads, no cheese! The place is a joke! Save yourself the trip and don’t come to this location.
It was 11:30 pm .it was the time they were about to close n guy was working hard by himself still got us few options (only chicken menu) I’m happy with my meal at least we got something to eat.Edit:- find out it’s 24 hours
Ordered my food waited in drive through for at lease 20 min after waiting he gave me my bag fries were just thrown in the bag I gave bag back to drive THRU person on duty don't know his name because he had no name tag on then after I get my bag of food back I check food it's cold I understand this is fast food but if you are going to do something do it to the best of your ability no matter what customer service IS KEY ANYWHERE NO MATTER WHAT customer are the back bone to a business no matter how long you've been in business strive for excellence everyday.
Night shift here is terrible. Or I should say it's the purple and blue haired male manager on nights. I came in early and got my food and service and food was great. As soon as he got here he shuts down the grills and refuses to make burgers. I was sitting in store after eating waiting on a shower and witnessed him standing by the fries eating chicken nuggets from the warming trays with no gloves dipping sauce right at the front counter. This was all at 10:30 at night. If you ever come in and he is on duty just walkaway.
This Wendy's is the slowest I've ever been to. This is the 2nd time coming to this location and I sit at least 10 minutes before I can place an order and AT THE SPEAKER!! IDK if they need to hire more people or what but this is ridiculous and should never take this long to order food WITHOUT A LINE! I'm definitely going to complain by submitting a survey
Supposed to be 24 hours I came at 1 am which isn't unreasonable for a 24 hour restaurant and can't even order a hamburger for hours because they are cleaning the grill?? It takes hours to clean it?
Recently I stopped at this truck stop and went in to get some food. I decided to go inside and eat. Here are the pictures of the location. Know I want to tell you I was there for 1 hour and nothing was cleaned up. And yet I saw there employees talking when things slowed down. I saw multiple employees just pass right by everything that was wrong in the dining room. They had plenty of tables however I don’t see one clean. The food was good but I will eat at this location again.
Came in on my 30 minute lunch to get a sandwich and fries they informed me that there was no fries they were subbing it out for chili I told him keep the chili how about you just compensate with a piece of cheese on my sandwich.. miss Sammie told me they would have to charge me for everything individually!! Who does that!? wasted my whole lunch I didn’t have time to go anywhere else I will be calling corporate!
