Honestly customer service was nice, but the sanitation was purely disgusting ? There were Nats (baby flies ) ALL OVER the soda fountains meaning they don’t clean them often. Also caught a worker in the back loading rice with his bare hands the food was okay but honestly being the only thing I ate today it made my stomach turn?Health Inspectors should definitely recheck their lists smh ??♀️

Have eaten here several times. Food is always okay but the service is to be desired . Ordered the chicken veggie bowl which normally comes with dark meat. They were out tonight, so substitute for white meat. No big deal. HOWEVER they UPCHARGE for it. Which I understand when you choose it , but I had no choice ! Asked the manager (Rozney) to price as normal bowl, since they were out. He said NO! Charged us an extra $1.70 for white meat, when I did not have a choice in the matter!! Definitely not happy with the service! That is poor customer service . Will be taking my business elsewhere!
Rosney the manager is extremely rude. They were out of several items including their regular chicken, sweet and spicy chicken and brown rice. I asked why I have to pay the $1.69 up charge for all the meals (white meat chicken) when that’s not even what we want! Rosney did not care and it was too bad. Pay for what you don’t want or go elsewhere.. Food is always good, but service is usually lacking. Tonight was over the top.
The plant inspired steak was really good! We're trying to go meatless a few days a week - this is a great option.

Worst service, horrible! The place is filthy the drink counter only sugar drinks. Had to pay additional for sauce, asked for onions and then get attitude. This spot is the worst at representing this chain, we well never return.
Highly satisfied with the food it was delicious and temperature was great, Staff was excellent I would definitely recommend to all my family and friend.
