I was to pick up 2 Door Dash orders at this location. 1 was made, and the other wasn't. The pink-haired employee said it was because they were out of meatballs, and for me to call the customer to see if they wanted a replacement sub. I did, and the customer told me what they wanted. All well and good at this point, but I then proceeded to wait about 10 mins for that replacement, when they weren't even busy in the restaurant. The 2 employees on hand were slower than the Zootopia sloth!
Went into store 107th and Indian school with a 599 foot long coupon I just received in the mail. They said they don't take them. Cost me 1299 to walk out. What a ripoff. Never again.

This Subway is close to my house. I stopped going there in 2020 because of bad service. But thought I'd try again. No real improvement here. Unlike the Subway down the street they have roast beef, but you order a foot long Pro (which is double meat) and all you get is a single layer of roast beef. This despite them saying it is double meat and charging you for it.Today, they were out of lettuce. SMH. The only redeeming quality here is that the restaurant actually had roast beef - unlike the other Subway.
I normally ignore the negative comments as a Bad day for the most part (short staff, new hires or product issues etc,). Giving anything above a two stars for today would be wrong! I should have went into Fry’s and purchased my &$37 lunch!!! This was my first and probably last time buying from this location-I paid for Pro extra meats and my other two sandwiches were anemic of my protein and loaded with veggies!!! This was a mobile pickup (wrong location)normally go to Litchfield Park Awesome staff and subs made correctly every time even with new hires . I suggest Market Team or trainer visit this location! Love Subway but not getting what I paid for ?
I went into you subway on Saturday night the customer service was good , but I think the prices are way to high for what I got I got a plane blt which only had four piece of bacon really the bread was more than bacon and had them but lettuce and tomatoes and cheese even with that the bread was way bigger then the items on the sandwich and then you charge me almost $9 for a bit I think that the sandwich wasn't worth that . Next time I might go jersey Mike I don't like the meat but at less you get what you pay for
The worst subway experience ever!! Youve been warned. 3.6 stars out of 5?!?! Thats not good
My first time going to subway since the reopening and I was assisted by Paulo. He was very attentive to detail of my order and made it exactly how I placed the order online. I’ve had such horrible experience at other restaurants recently and it’s motivated me to stop eating out. But Paulo handled each customer with patience and excellent customer service! Thanks again my guy
Did an online order for 3 subs and one of them came like this. When I called the store they said I can come back for them to remake. Whey couldn't it be made correctly the first time. Asked for a refund and they don't know how to do that.
That's terrible bad food not warm and they very slow puts vegetables and they dont put flavors fruits..and they not clean it its mess up
