Octavis is very slow and essentially sleeping as he makes the sandwichesIf you’re in a hurry and need to be out of here in less than 30 minutes, go elsewhere. He also forgot the ham on a ham & cheese sub because he was too busy sleeping.Slow as molasses in wintertime.

Went to get subs and was told you can't modify any sandwich, add or remove items. So if you're allergic to a topping, you can't get that sub

What a joke of a location. Out of bread . At a sandwich place. No turkey /tuna/roast beefManagement should truly be ashamed to run a terrible business like this .clearly doesn’t care about operating correctly , corporate should release this joke of a location (always low on items /bread selection) talk about no preparation.Go to firehouse or to any Other locationStay far away everyone don’t waste your time .

This place accepts Subway coupons, however they can’t accept Subway gift-cards. Soo absolutely useless.

Terrible service. So slow, and the worker refused to cut up a tomato for us, claiming we'd have to wait another 15 minutes. Also the lettuce was turning brown. Yuck

They were out of everything was forced to get the tuna on wheat and I have been sick since I ate it.i will call the health dept.in the morning.

Overall the services was terrible, it looked like the employee was bothered anytime we asked for an additional product, I get it you don't like working there, but management needs to ensure that they are putting friendly helpful staff out there. Secondly I was eating my sub and about half through I chomped down on a blonde hair that was actually in the dough. Thirdly they were out of majority of the veggies. Terrible experience and will for sure won't be going here again.

Got there second time! I didn’t see any employee since 20 minutes! After 20 minutes they came than they said sorry we can’t make it ! They need more employees or update

Came here as our usual subway on McDowell closed. Employee was talking to a friend. Groaned when he saw us and asked if we wanted just one sub (for a group of three. Not on each. One total). We told him we wanted one each, and he proceeded to be rude. We asked for our subs, and to our dismay they had only one type of bread. Or so the employee claimed. Sadly worst experience with subway for us.

Wanted to place an order while the two girls were making each other sandwiches. I wanted a meatball sub and the two girls there asked me If I was sure I wanted to order that because the meatballs were kinda old and I was looking at the menu was told they were in the middle of restocking which seemed like a lie given what they were doing before I started to order? And that I would be better off ordering something from Wendy's.
