My husband is at this Starbucks 1 to 2 times a week getting my daughter and I coffee. The last 2 times my drink (Vente Decaf, Peppermint mocha, no whip & no foam) has been just above half full! Drive through person/s are always cheerful and courteous. But at almost $7.00 a cup and only get just above half!? You have made a lot of money off of us over the years…Come on we’ve been loyal customers!Do better…
Zero stars if I could!!! Drive thru only ??? You do no work trucks don't fit under your drive thru?.... Nice thinking for other people. Open the inside already.
My opinion, Starbucks had gotten to busy and mainstream, service is always so so, have to wait at long lines, they need to just have a part of the store for just regular coffee drinks, don't like waiting on other people who have order 3 or 4 dessert style fancy drinks....
What's the point of being able to place a mobile order if you still have to wait in the drive thru to get it . Beyond irritating. I spend 8 dollars on a coffee I love and I wait atleazt 20 min to leave and go get it and I get here and the inside isn't even open for pickup.However if you see on the app it says pickup options, drive thru. I asked at the window if my coffee was still hot and they made a fresh new fabulous one. Thank you guys you just went from 2 to 5 reviews. Worth the wait and pay attention to pickup instructions ?
C’mon man!!! I ordered threw your app. Drove to the pick up window and my order was not correct. The employee did even attempt to fix the order. (due to the long line) (that I had to wait in keep in mind) Lol This is a huge problem. When people spend their hard earned money this type of behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable!! This is not hot!!! They made the drink cold. SMH
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. People are rude and the line for drive thru takes forever.
I woke up in the morning wanting an iced white chocolate mocha with almond milk, vanilla sweet cold foam, and with caramel drizzle. I was in and out of that drive thru line!! I could tell the employees working were happy and motivated, because I was in and out of there in under 3-5 minutes! The cheerful employee at the window made my morning by cracking a joke and her laugh was extremely contagious! I believe her name tag said either Keyna or Reyna. Definitely will be buying coffee before work from this Starbucks if it’s this fast and friendly! I usually make my own coffee in the morning, because I usually don’t have time to wait in the Starbucks line. I’ll keep coming if the service is this fast! FANTASTIC JOB!
I come every morning and I know the line is long and it's busy so I understand mistakes happen. These guys are only human and I appreciate the hard work they do everyday to make sure I get the coffee I love ❤
Location is really clean and organized. Always welcoming when I'm at this location. Coffee and food is on point. Pumpkin spice cold brew is probably the best drink for the fall paired with the overnight oats?
Customer service was great. The drive thru ran smoother than most Starbucks and both workers that I interacted with were very professional and kind, but once I got home we discovered that my wife’s venti was not a full drink. We ordered a venti for a reason and we’re given only enough drink to fill the next size down.
