I come very often here everyone is super nice and serve is amazingly quick one time one of the ladies wrote my drink wrong but another one knew my order so well she actually fixed before it came out cause I go in so often
Slow down and make the drinks right the first time. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and they always never fill the cup up all the way most of its foam I always have to ask for extra steam milk.
3 stars because the staff here regularly doesn't call out names of orders when they're putting them down for pick up.For such a small place and the amount of people than can pack in here, it is imperative to call out names! We can't ALL sit over there looking at everything that comes out. Call out the names loudly and clearly so they can be heard! We have places to be.
literally every time I've ordered online they miraculously forget the add ons you'd pay for, wouldn't recommend unless you go in person where they can't screw you over.

This place is my second home. Everyone is super friendly. Ben, Kari, lacee, have been making me coffee for two plus years. They are the best and deserve the best. They are a staple of customer service and are all blessings in my life. For how busy they are they make there coffee count.
This Starbucks has been closing early a lot lately, and I mean early! At 11am they close, when online it says they are open until 8pm and then when u call to check if they are open they don’t even answer to let you know, they would rather you waste your gas just to go read a sign that says they are closed
Had a great experience. They were polite. My hot chocolate drink was made with a kick of mint (which I didn’t ask for mint) but was okay I guess , but overall the customer service they provide was good .
I call and ask every time for my drink to be made a certain way and it never happens whoever answers the phone always says yeah I’ll let them know and it never gets done I don’t know why it’s so hard are we not paying for a drink we want me to be made a certain way ????????????
